You're going to feel like you're walking into a 5 star hotel! This brand new 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom was just completed in November of 2022 for the 2023 Season!! We are on 17th and Asbury which is a quiet neighborhood and only a couple blocks to the beach and famous boardwalks. We are also within walking distance to Starbucks, Wawa, restaurants and the quaint downtown shopping district that Ocean City offers.

This property was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 teens. Gleaming clean, comfortable, beautiful, and updated, with fun artistic touches. Plenty of room to spread out with comfy recliners and seating; two decks with chairs; comfy master beds (bring your own linens); cabinet with puzzles, games & crafts; TVs in three of the four bedrooms; plus all the amenities in the VRBO listing. Easy walk to a wide beach with pavilion and boardwalk leading to the action a few blocks down. Walkable to a few food spots, ice cream, donuts, CVS, and more. Just a lovely stay, and Missy was responsive, flexible, kind, and wonderful to work with.

The location was excellent- loved being able to walk to the boardwalk, several local ice cream and donut shops. The neighborhood was very quiet also. The house was clean with lots of little extras- soap, reusable bags for shopping, cooler bag, plenty of beach chairs, wagon,and beach access was a two block walk which was awesome and that area of the beach was not crowded. The hosts were very responsive to the couple of questions/ issues we had (a breaker blew after the storm) the beds were very comfortable also and the front porch was a great place to sit, or take an afternoon nap! Would definitely stay again! Plenty of room for the 9 of us also!

Perfection

We had an amazing 2-night stay at this property! We all agreed that the place was even nicer and more spacious than the pictures! Even had a lovely porch with room for a group to sit and hang out. Quick & easy walk to the beach and boardwalk, beach chairs and wagons to use. Very comfortable beds and very clean on arrival. Host was super responsive when we had questions. You do need your own linens/towels, which I didn’t see in the listing so making that clearer is my only suggestion to make things better but was easily figured out! Don’t hesitate to book if looking for a comfortable and modern space near the beach. We were a group of 7 and felt like we had plenty of room and space!

Awesome week at the shore

We just finished spending a week here. Our experience was fantastic. Plenty of space for four adults and two kids with every item we needed provided for. Everything was clean and modern while location was solid. Also had a seemless experience with our hosts. Five stars and recommend! Thanks again.

OCNJ July 2024 vacation

Beautiful property and was very clean. Great location and able to walk to beach, boardwalk and stores along Asbury. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary items. My family and I had a wonderful vacation. My only suggestion would be a gate along the front porch steps, especially when having a little one.

Wonderful stay.

Dream come True

We reserved the first floor of this property for the last full week of August and looked forward to it so much. It was like a dream come true to be so close to the beach, close to shops on Asbury, and be in walking distance to all the fun on the Boardwalk. These owners thought of everything from umbrellas to chairs to wagons and there was even a baby stroller in the garage. Having a washer and dryer near bedrooms was so wonderful. Cupboards were stocked with utensils and cookware. We all loved the leather reclining furniture in the family room. Maybe some pillows or a curtain may cut down the echo but when four children are having a blast, it doesn't matter. Comfortable furniture on the front porch was so welcoming early in the morning. We have so many fond memories of the week and it was our best getaway experience with the family. I definitely would recommend this like new house on Asbury.
