Master suite is very larger and includes a king size bed and private bath with laundry area. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a Full size bunk bed with a trundle for your additional family members.

Brigantine North End Gem

This house is just perfect! Quiet neighborhood, 1 1/2 blocks to the beach & sea wall, plenty of room for everyone, 2 great decks, top deck with a great view! A fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, coolers. Joan is super responsive to any question asked and is a pleasure to talk to! We all loved this house!!!

Great family vacation home

2nd time renting this home for a weeklong family vacation, and just as good (if not better) than first time. Joan is an excellent host, great, quiet location close to the beach. Highly recommend!

Great for a relaxing week with the family.

Everything starting with the communication with the owner to the cleanliness and well thought-out layout and amenities of the house was perfect. Really couldn't ask for anything more in a vacation home in Bringantine. A truly great experience. I look forward to staying there again! Thanks Joan!

North End Gem

My family stayed at this property for a week and were very happy with the accommodations. Great communication from the owner, Joan, who always quickly responded to all of my questions, prior to and during our stay. This house is gorgeous, spacious and in a perfect location on the north end of the island. It's just a block from the beach and the 8th street beach has a life guard. If you have a big group and want more beach space then walk to the 7th street entrance. Every level of the house offered us something. The outdoor bonus space underneath the house was great for our young adults to hang out and play corn hole. There is a hose and outdoor shower to clean up after a day at the beach and plenty of seating for an outdoor meal. Joan provides a beach cart, plenty of chairs (all new), coolers, boogie boards and even corn hole. There is plenty of space indoors too as the main floor not only has a dining room, but also bar seating and living room seating. The kitchen was well appointed... it had everything we needed plus more. We enjoyed the decks also, especially being able to see the ocean from the master suite private deck. The beds were extremely comfortable for a rental. A very nice experience overall. Not a a complaint but the only thing we needed that I couldn't find were chip clips, other than that it's got everything you'll need for very nice stay at the beach.

Amazing house in an amazing town!

We came to Brigantine for my daughters dance nationals at Harrahs resort. This was the perfect rental for our family! The house is beautiful, has lots of space and a great outdoor area. It was very clean and well kept. Joan is a FANTASTIC host. She was so helpful from beginning to end with the entire process. We had never visited Brigantine before so her knowledge of the town and willingness to answer questions was much appreciated! The house has everything you could need, is just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive into Atlantic City. We do hope to visit again!
