Just ive minutes from AC fun, casinos and fine dining or stay in beautiful Brigantine & enjoy sun, surf and gorgeous sunsets. 8 Beach tags, sand toys, 4 beach chairs, cold outside shower, & rolling wagon make your stay easy. And, unlike others, we include all sheets and towels so you are on vacation the moment you arrive.

Our beach home offers you modern coastal comfort with a relaxed beach vibe you'll love. There's everything you need to make memories you'll cherish forever. Our family-friendly home has just been renovated and features free WIFI throughout and all new beds with terrific, comfortable Nectar memory foam mattresses.

Plus, the walk to the huge and uncrowded beach is short and sweet, about 5 minutes & you can get your things to the beach easily with the big-wheeled cart we provide. You say Beach, we say, "Let's go!" Eight beach tags are also included.

Awesome location. You can walk to restaurants, bars, boutiques, mini golf, tennis, basketball and pickle ball courts and even a supermarket in less than five minutes.

1st Floor: The welcoming private entryway leads into the beautiful living room w/ 50" Smart TV/ streaming services for you to log in and enjoy. Louvered wooden shuttered sliding doors lead to private patio to enjoy outdoor dining, morning coffee or happy hour cocktails with seats up to 8. There's also a portable propane BBQ, a large umbrella for shade, and a cool outdoor shower to rinse off in comfort and privacy.

The gorgeous dining area seats 8. Your fully-appointed kitchen (dishes, cooking tools, gas range, oven and microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, baking sheets, casserole bakeware, blender, hand mixer, drip coffee & espresso machines, plastic ware for the kids, wine and martini glasses) with stainless appliances and granite countertops is a cook's delight. Everyone will love the coffee corner with Espresso Machine (uses Nespresso Original pods or compatible.) The kitchen also has a full size washer and dryer.

The full bath with step-in shower completes the first floor.

Our welcoming, cheerful second floor has a full bath with double sinks, tub, and shower with brand new farmhouse/shore decor and great lighting. We provide spa soaps and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and even a hair dryer!

Our 2 queen bedrooms are spacious and offer extraordinarily comfortable Nectar memory foam beds. Each room has a 40 inch Smart HDTV with streaming services for you to login and enjoy. One of the queen bedrooms also has room darkening curtains and an adorable chair that opens up instantly to a single bed. All linens are included so your vacation is housework free!

The third bedroom has a wonderful bunk bed with full bed on the bottom and twin bed up top. The chalk wall will delight and entertain. Sliding glass doors lead out to a private deck with chairs for relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet of the after beach day.

The fan-cooled loft space, accessible via ladder steps (which you can block off with a gate if you prefer) from the bunkbed bedroom, offers a dedicated workspace with desk and chair. It also could be used as a play/TV space with TV offering streaming services for the kids to log in and enjoy. An extra space for kids to play! Bonus!

Kids looking for fun stuff to do close to home when they're not on the beach? This home has it all. Easy walking distance to awesome skate park, basketball and tennis courts, mini golf & pickle ball courts. Nearby there's also an arcade and Shark Park playground. Bike lanes are abundant on our roads and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. And, just minutes away in Atlantic City there's a brand new, state of the art, indoor water park at the Showboat.
