PARTY AND NOISE DISCLAIMER:
Brigantine is not a party beach town. There's no boardwalk and very few bars. Most establishments are not open late, and the nighttimes are very quiet. If you're looking for a house to host a party or a place to cut loose & make some noise- I'm sorry, our home is not for you.

We've become friends with our neighbors on all sides of the home. Backyard, side yard, across the street, they're all friends. Many live here full-time. Our dedication to them and the community is that we will not allow a party house, excessively loud/disrespectful guests, or any illegal activities on the property. We will strictly enforce all rules related to outdoor & indoor noise levels, quiet times, parking, & occupancy levels. Any violations of our or city regulations may risk security deposit forfeiture. The City of Brigantine also does not tolerate party houses, illegal activities, or noise complaints. Brigantine Police have issued a summons and fines to renters AND homeowners in the past!

SECURITY:
Exterior Nest security cameras are at the doorbell and above the garage door. Minut sensors are installed to monitor smoke, occupancy, and noise. The Minut sensor is built for privacy. It’s camera-free and doesn’t record any sound or listen to conversations.
