La casa si trova in 614 Central Avenue. OCNJ- 4 isolati dalla spiaggia.

Questa splendida struttura di nuova costruzione è sicuramente situata nel cuore del centro storico di Ocean City. Questa posizione fenomenale è a pochi isolati dalla spiaggia, dal lungomare, dal mini golf, dalle giostre e dal molo della musica. I negozi e i ristoranti del centro di Asbury Ave sono letteralmente a un isolato proprio dietro di te. Goditi tutto ciò che ocean city ha da offrire senza dover guidare ovunque.
Questa casa ben arredata ha bellissimi pavimenti in legno anche se fuori, una splendida cucina con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in granito. C'è un frigorifero per bevande in cucina, quindi ne avrai sempre uno freddo dopo una calda giornata in spiaggia.
Abbiamo 10 etichette da spiaggia stagionali, 8 sedie a sdraio, un carrello da spiaggia e un ombrellone in modo da poter goderti la spiaggia tutto il giorno senza dover sovraccaricare la tua auto qui.

Non hai voglia di uscire a cena? Abbiamo una cucina gourmet completamente fornita, con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e una griglia barbecue Weber per la vostra convenienza. Vuoi cenare all'aperto? Mangia fuori nel nostro patio coperto e goditi la fresca brezza estiva mentre ti godi una cena rilassante. Property manager responsive. Downstairs neighbors friendly. Appreciated beach chairs etc. for the price linens should have been provided. It was end of season so furniture and carpets had seen a lot of traffic.

Comfortable and Well-Equipped

The home was very well stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The balcony is a nice outdoor space, and we enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to shops, the grocery store and a playground for the kids.

Great place for families

Three generations - age 1 - 75 years - had a wonderful Ocean City vacation here. This rental was spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. The stairs up to the second floor entry were a bit challenging for one family member. But everything else worked beautifully for the families. The property manager was helpful and responsive.

Perfect stay!

Stayed here for a family vacation and had a great time! Clean, beautiful house right near the downtown shops. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

This house was beautiful and in the perfect location! We were a group of 14 and we all fit comfortably in the living room/kitchen area. Missy was so sweet and responsive. 10/10 and would absolutely stay at this house again!!!

Beautiful and Spacious

We had a quick 2 night visit and the place did not disappoint! The kitchen and dining room area is open and gorgeous. We loved the cozy and private balcony area. The rooms were a nice size with lots of beds to choose from! The beach chairs were in great shape. The owner was very friendly and quick with responses. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing atmosphere and property!

The hosts were very communicative once we arrived, and very accommodating for our needs. The house itself is stellar and clean, plenty of space (we were a party of 8), within a relaxed community. There’s an absolutely wonderful cafe just on the other side of the street (Jon and Patty’s) with two stories and great coffee. I didn’t want to leave! And when they say the house is fully stocked, they definitely mean it. Can’t wait to come back someday!

Family get together... finally!

Wonderful time together with family, allowing us to share the beach for the first time with our Midwest family.We were a party of 7 adults, 2 toddlers and two infants. Was a lovely property and suited our needs perfectly for our short stay. With more adults or a longer stay we could have gotten underfoot. Maneuvering around the dining room table and outdoor patio table was at times a little tight. Was wonderful to have the beach chairs, the cart and umbrella. The outdoor shower was nice although we could only get hot water so a little difficult to rinse off our youngest members. Not sure if it was meant to be that way or not. Nozzle broken off the hose but certainly still usable. Could have used a few more towel rods in the bathrooms. Minor things in the grand scheme. All said it was a lovely place for our family to gather. Thank you for sharing your property and providing us with memories for years to come!

Excellent Accommodations

Beautiful home, clean, pretty close to beach. Open concept for our party of 10 to enjoy each other. Many beds which were very comfortable. Owner Missy readily available. Overall, just a great home for a vacation.

Great Spot

Property was super clean and well equipped. Property has a beach cart, beach chairs and boogie boards in case you don’t bring your own. Big enough for our 6 parents and 5 college aged boys. The beach is a 10 minute walk. The house is on block away from Asbury which is loaded with shops and restaurants.

Big beautiful and great location

Clean, new place. Great layout, big bright kitchen and living room. And the porch was great and had tons of seating for the whole family. Would absolutely stay here again! The only cons- 1. the bunk beds are supposed to be secured to the wall with brackets, but one of them was not. Fine for a kid’s weight, but the bed tipped when I went up to put sheets on. 2. kitchen was missing some amenities. There were no wine glasses (but a fancy wine opener and wine fridge- go figure) and no blender as advertised. We bought 4 wine glasses and left them behind for future guests.
