This listing includes both units in a waterfront marina building, offering a spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bath layout ideal for families, groups, or multiple couples traveling together.

Lower Unit (3BR / 3BA – Two Levels)

The main unit spans two levels and is designed for comfort, space, and easy group living.

On the main level, enjoy beautiful marina views from the private balcony and a bright open-concept layout connecting the living room, dining area (seating for 6), and a fully equipped kitchen with additional counter seating. This level also includes a queen bedroom, full bathroom, and in-unit washer & dryer.

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms—each with queen beds and private ensuite bathrooms. One bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the other includes a tub/shower combo. A second private balcony overlooking the marina is accessible from both the hallway and one of the bedrooms.

Penthouse Unit (1BR / 1BA)

The top-floor penthouse offers a more private retreat with its own entrance and elevated views but still connected to the downstairs unit via a connecting hallway and door.

This bright, open space features a private balcony with marina views, a cozy living area with a sofa bed and indoor fireplace, a dining table for four, and a fully equipped kitchen with additional seating. The bedroom includes a queen bed, and a full bathroom is conveniently located just off the main living area. A washer & dryer is also included in this unit.

Boat Slips: slips are privately rented. Please be respectful of neighboring boats and their occupants at all times.


HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS:
At "Cozy Cohost", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

AMENITIES:
-WiFi included; exterior ring camera security for added safety.
-Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided.
-Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out.
-No laundry detergent is provided.
-Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments.
-We do not supply Beach Towels. Guest must provide their own.

MARINA & BUILDING GUIDELINES:
Boat slips are reserved for slip owners only.
Please be respectful in shared spaces, including docks and entryways. All slips are privately rented. Please be respectful of neighboring boats and their occupants at all times.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM
