Questa è una casa assolutamente incredibile !! Ad essere onesti, le foto non rendono giustizia. Dispone di 8 camere da letto con 8 bagni completi, tutti con bellissime docce piastrellate (non è più necessario attendere in fila per usare la doccia !!) e il loro televisore a schermo piatto. Ci sono anche 3 divani letto queen size con favolosi materassi Air Dream. La casa può ospitare comodamente 22 persone. La cucina gourmet vanta 2 frigoriferi Sub Zero, 2 lavastoviglie Bosch, una gamma professionale a 6 fuochi e un enorme bar in granito e un grande tavolo da pranzo. C'è una meravigliosa piscina privata interrata, una grande terrazza sul tetto, 3 caminetti a gas e persino un ascensore in vetro per portarti dal 1 ° piano fino alla terrazza sul tetto! C'è anche un putting green privato a 3 buche nel cortile laterale!

Il 1 ° piano dispone di 4 camere da letto con 4 bagni e accesso alla piscina e al patio. C'è anche un soggiorno al 1 ° piano con la propria TV e angolo cottura, nonché una zona di intrattenimento garage finito, che hanno entrambi divani letto queen size. Il 2 ° piano è la zona giorno principale con l'ampio soggiorno e la grande TV ad alta definizione, cucina gourmet, ampio bar in granito, tavolo da pranzo e 3 ponti esterni. C'è anche 1 camera da letto, 1 bagno completo e un divano letto matrimoniale al 2 ° piano. Il 3 ° piano ospita 3 ulteriori camere da letto e 3 bagni, tra cui la straordinaria suite principale. La suite principale vi vizierà con un letto king size, camino a gas, TV LED ad alta definizione, mobile bar in granito con frigorifero e accesso al terzo piano. Amazing place for a family getaway!

Spent about a week here with my family which was about 10 adults and 4 small children ages from 2-5 yrs old.Absolutely fantastic place with multiple bathrooms and bedrooms for all! Had great communication with the host and amazing beach access 1.5 blocks away.Will definitely be going again!

Great AC house

We were in AC for a golf trip with a large group. From the start of the reservation to when we checked out Brian was an amazing host. He was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. The house was perfect for our group. It was clean, spacious and the rooftop deck is perfect for hanging out.

Lovely getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this very comfortable, well appointed home steps from the beach. Everything we needed for our stay was provided at the home. It has an easy to get to location and is minutes from restaurants, groceries and the beach. We would stay here again and recommend it to others!

What A Wonderful Time!

This property is amazing! Spot on description. The rooms were absolutely warm and beautiful. The main living room space was perfect for our large group to play games and have fun. The kitchen screams "Use Me" fully equipped with all your culinary needs. A wonderful time was had by all! The owner was attentive checking to see if we had any needs or concerns. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I had an amazing weekend. The house was clean, updated and in excellent condition.Our house provided great instructions and was very courteous.I would definitely revisit especially in the summer when it's warmer!

Disappointing stay with a few positives

We recently rented this house in New Jersey, and unfortunately, my experience was not what I had hoped for. While the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking and we liked the location, there were several issues that significantly impacted our stay. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the house left a lot to be desired—it simply wasn't up to standard. Additionally, the garage was cluttered, which made it impossible to use.The beds were uncomfortable, leading to poor sleep quality throughout our stay. We also encountered hot and cold water issues and zone heating problems, which added to our frustration. While the owner was friendly and eager to help, he seemed overly concerned about noise and his neighbors, which felt excessive given that we were there in January when the area was quite quiet.The furnishings and decor felt dated, which contributed to an overall impression that the house could use some updates. Unfortunately, during our stay, a golf club fell and cracked a side table. We owned up to the damage, but upon our early departure due to a family emergency, the owner attempted to pin other existing damage on us, which felt dishonest and unfair.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this property based on my experience and, unfortunately, I wouldn’t consider returning.

Beautiful, spacious, every amenity possible. Family trip for Thanksgiving. The weather didn't co-operate, but staying in such a great place, we found plenty to do! Highly recommend!!

October Getaway

This was our second visit to this property and it was just as great as the first! We really appreciate how clean and well appointed the house is. We definitely plan to return next September! High School Gals…’71!

We are a group of gals who all graduated high school the same year. We gather once a year for a four night get away. This was our first in Brigantine. Our house was AWESOME! It offered us a beautiful kitchen and relaxing area. We each had a bedroom en suite. The built in pool was a wonderful gathering place. The kitchen had two Sub Zero refrigerators, two dishwashers and an island that held 10 stools! It was clean and so accommodating! We hope To return next year!

Great Property

The 8 br house was exactly what my family and I needed for our golf weekend. 11 adults and all had their own beds and for the most part, their own bathrooms. Lots of space and a great kitchen. Brian was a great host and very responsive.

All together

Such a great place for us to gather as family. There were great spaces for games, crafts, puzzles and cooking all at the same time. And the beautiful Brigantine beach just a short walk away with umbrellas chairs and boogie boards supplied by the host. We could all gather in the living space to watch the opening ceremonies of the Olympics. Magnificent!

nothing more than you need

this was our 10th annual family (multigenerational; headcount 17, ages 1 to 85). Best week rental so far from Asbury to Cape May. House is lacking nothing including towels to linens, two huge frig's (plus small backups in various locations. Pool is decent size and perfect for kids - and adults that want to cool off and lounge. Truly just a SHORT walk to the great beach. Also walkable distance to the Arcade, restaurants and shops. Description of beach stuff, games, tvs, etc is 110% accurate. Plus an extremely attentive owner whose rightful pride in the house shows throughout. Don't forget an hour at the Brig History Museum on the way in or out of the Island! A GREAT stay.

Perfection for our diverse group of needs

We visited this gorgeous and spacious home for my mother's 93rd birthday celebration. It was perfect for everyone in our group, including my son in a wheelchair, my mom and her mobility needs, 3 grown children with spouses and adult children... the layout allowed us to each feel we had our own space as well as magnificent shared experiences. Five of us even worked throughout the week and had enough privacy for Zooms (and strong enough Wifi all day!). I can't say enough about Brian's communication. He checked on us all week to ensure we were happy and satisfied. And for those Type-A people like me... every light switch is marked, every process to follow is documented, and every linen is provided! Just arrive and enjoy! We can't wait to come back for another luxurious vacation at 304 20th St... our new home away from home (and work). Thank you Brian! P.S. The elevator was used by young and old alike, and it's definitely worth it to heat the pool for early morning and evening swims!

Family Reunion

Our family normally goes to the Outer Banks, but because we had a couple family members who were due to have babies in August we moved our trip up to June and the drive was much closer to home in New Jersey. We knew it would be hard to find a home that was large enough for our big family, but we were fortunate to be able to get This home and for such a good deal for what we got Brian Takes a lot of pride in his homes and cares a lot about the guests. He was very attentive to all of our needs and answered questions throughout the week that we had.

This property is spectacular! The house is very spacious and comfortable, with a bathroom for each of the eight bedrooms. It is attractively furnished and has all necessary kitchen equipment. Also included is beach equipment. Everything you could possibly need is available in this house! We will be back this fall!

What a MAGNIFICIENT Home

We had the most amazing family reunion here. Our youngest is 13 and our oldest is 86 years old. This home was absolutely incredible. It's decorated well, all appliances and rooms are top notch. The elevator made it easy to move and accommodated our elders. The roof top deck is gorgeous. The owner was so kind and quickly responded my question and ensured we were all having a great trip by keeping in touch.

We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday with our friends this past weekend. This home, as well as the one next door, were the perfect venue for us! Incredibly convenient for every couple to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Our friends were very impressed and couldn’t have been happier!
