Sleeping up to 18 guests, this home features two private balconies, garage parking, bright open concept living areas, and a fully stocked kitchen with a convenient coffee bar. Living & Dining
The heart of the home is located on the third floor, where you`ll find a bright and spacious open concept living area designed for gathering. The living room features a large sectional with two pull out beds, a Smart TV, and an electric fireplace for cozy evenings. Step outside onto the private balcony, complete with six rocking chairs, the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening conversations.

The dining area offers seating for eight, with additional seating for four at the kitchen island. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, plenty of prep space, and our signature coffee bar stocked with coffee, sugar, creamer, and tea. A Keurig Duo coffee maker allows you to brew either a single cup or a full pot. A stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located just off the kitchen.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The second floor is home to four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 features two queen beds, a Smart TV, closet space, and a private balcony with two sun loungers. Bedroom 2 offers two queen beds, a Smart TV, and closet space. Bedroom 3 includes a queen bed, Smart TV, and closet. Bedroom 4 features a queen bed, Smart TV, closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower.

A full hallway bathroom with a tub and shower combination serves Bedrooms 1 through 3.

The third floor also includes Bedroom 5, the primary suite, featuring a king bed, Smart TV, spacious closet, and semi ensuite access to a full bathroom with a walk in shower.

Outdoor Space & Parking
Guests can enjoy two private balconies, one furnished with sun loungers and the other with rocking chairs and tables. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Parking is easy with an oversized garage that can accommodate approximately 2 to 3 vehicles, plus space for one additional vehicle in the driveway. Additional overflow parking is available nearby. Beach chairs are stored in the garage for guest use.

You’ll also find kitchen essentials such as dish and laundry detergent, paper towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, and more.

While the home is attached to neighboring townhomes, it is a completely private residence with its own entrance and no shared amenities or common areas. You`ll enjoy the privacy and convenience of having the entire home to yourself throughout your stay.

Located in Atlantic City`s Inlet neighborhood, this home offers the perfect balance of convenience and local charm. You`ll be just a short walk from the beach, Boardwalk, Ocean Casino, and the historic Absecon Lighthouse. Just down the street is Gardner`s Basin, a waterfront destination known for its fishing charters, sightseeing cruises, restaurants, and beautiful marina views.

The neighborhood is also home to a large park directly across the street featuring basketball courts, pickleball courts, a playground, and mini golf. Whether you`re visiting for the beach, nightlife, family activities, or local attractions, you`ll be close to some of Atlantic City`s most popular destinations while enjoying a quieter residential setting.

Listing Transit:
The area is very walkable and bike-friendly, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all nearby. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and public transportation is accessible as well.

Listing Notes:
PARKING: There is plenty of onsite parking, there is room for about 2-3 cars in the garage (has to be opened from the inside) and 1 can in the driveway. There is a lot on the otherside of the driveway for overflow parking.

TVs: There are TV`s in many of the bedrooms and living areas. All of our TV`s are Smart TV`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.

MULIT UNIT TOWNHOME: While the home is attached to neighboring townhomes, it is a completely private residence with its own entrance and no shared amenities or common areas. You`ll enjoy the privacy and convenience of having the entire home to yourself throughout your stay.

STAIRS: 8-10 steps to the second floor and another 8-10 steps to the third floor.

HVAC: There is central heating and cooling - there is a thermostat on the second floor right outside of first and second bedroom.

Pet Policy: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking—no exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house-trained and flea-free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- Failure to return parking permit will result in $150 fee per permit not returned
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
