    The Space:

    🏡 Welcome to your next shore getaway! Our home is carefully curated and professionally managed & cleaned, designed to ensure a memorable stay, creating a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and relaxation.



    🛏️ Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements

    Primary Suite – Features a king bed, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

    Guest Bedroom – Includes a queen bed.

    Bunk Room – Great for kids or extra guests with full-over-full bunk beds plus an additional roll-out trundle bed.

    Bonus Sleeping Spaces – A queen size sleeper sofa in the living room is perfect for kids or extra guests.



    🚿 Bathrooms

    2 Full Bathrooms – Modern designs with a walk-in shower in the primary bath and a tub in the hall bath.

    Open-concept living area with plush seating, a large TV, and plenty of natural light.

    Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.

    All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

    This home is equipped with central heating & air.

    This is a 2nd floor unit with a separate unit on the ground floor.

    Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay.

    Off-street parking for 2 vehicles + free street parking in the neighborhood.

    Guest Access:

    Guests will have access to the entire 2nd-floor unit, including the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living and dining areas, and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the private balcony and outdoor shower. Beach gear, including beach tags, chairs, coolers, a wagon, and an umbrella, is provided for your convenience. Off-street parking for two vehicles is available, along with free street parking in the neighborhood. Please note this is a 2nd floor unit with a separate unit on the ground floor.

You're just a quick two-block stroll from the sun-kissed sands and sparkling waters of the beach. For dining, explore the diverse culinary scene along the Ocean City Boardwalk, a short walk or bike ride away. You'll find everything from classic boardwalk fare to upscale seafood restaurants. Shopaholics can indulge in retail therapy at the unique boutiques and shops that dot the area. The neighborhood itself is known for its friendly atmosphere and charming, well-maintained homes. Enjoy the peace of a residential area while still being close to all the action. The iconic Ocean City Music Pier is within easy reach, offering concerts and events throughout the year.     Getting Around:

    Getting around is a breeze! You'll find ample off-street parking for two vehicles, plus free street parking in the neighborhood. For those arriving by air, the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is approximately a 1.5-hour drive away. Public transportation options are available, with bus stops within walking distance, offering convenient access to various points in Ocean City and surrounding areas. Consider using ride-sharing services for easy access to nearby attractions and dining spots.



    Other Things to Note:

    GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



    PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet.     QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



    NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
