Location, location, location! - Beach Chic Condo

Luxurious one story indoor + outdoor beach block living. An open floor plan with high ceilings + natural light, two generously sized bedrooms + large spa bathroom. Outside features a large, front patio, side yard perfect for dining + playing games complete with a private outdoor shower. Centrally located to walk to WaWa, Ernest & Sons (a Food Network cheesesteak favorite), Aunt B’s ice cream, Tiki Taco, Aversa’s bakery, shark park, + the beach! Head to Atlantic City for dining or the casinos, just 10 mins away. Enjoy as the best long weekend getaway, or an extended work from home retreat!

Outside: Easy access, no stairs into the property; fully private front + side entrances; no shared outdoor spaces; end-unit w/ 1 designated off-street parking spot plus ample street parking. Outdoors include lounge furniture, fire pit, grill, outdoor dining + fenced in side yard.

Inside: one story, no stairs; 2 bedrooms (1 king, 2 twins), plus queen sofa bed. Bathroom with dual vanity, oversized walk-in spa shower; TVs in all rooms with Amazon Firestick (Netflix, etc.), Wifi, workspace, washer + dryer, fully stocked kitchen.

Beach details: 6 beach tags available for use during stay, 4 beach chairs, and 1 umbrella. Feel free to use or bring your own. NO beach towels available.

NOTE: surfboard not available for use with rental

Sand must be removed using the outdoor shower or hose prior to entry; also please remove shoes prior to entry.

Complimentary starter kit of 1 roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap provided.

This has been our favorite place we’ve stayed in Brigantine. The location is amazing with an easy walk to the beach. The inside is larger than the pictures show. Beds are comfortable. There are no curtains on the bedroom windows so it is very bright in the mornings, so prepare for that if that’s something you’re not used. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. We will definitely be booking this place again!

This was our third time staying here and it was wonderful as usual! You can’t beat the location being only a block and a half walk to the beach and then right around the corner is some awesome food choices. A short walk to so many more things as well. The house is so nice, clean and welcoming too. We also experienced some car issues so I reached out to the host for early entry. They were so helpful, nice and accommodating and quick to respond. Despite our car issues, we had a great vacation and plan to stay here again! Definitely recommend!

Lovely visit in a lovely beach house.

My husband and I spent 3 wonderful nights in this lovely beach house. The house is beautifully decorated and is very clean and comfortable. We had a very enjoyable time in charming Brigantine!

Cute Little Bungalow

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming little bungalow! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and there were plenty of cute shops and restaurants nearby. The bungalow was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the attention to detail and how well-appointed the space was. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Basketball Tournament

First time in Brigantine, Stayed here for my daughter’s basketball tournament in AC, perfect location! 10 minutes to the tournament, right up the street from the beach and plenty of good food options only steps away! Perfect size house, clean and comfortable! Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and cozy

Jersey Shore in July

Loved the location and the condo. Everything was well stocked with all of the supplies provided were on point from utensils, grocery bags, and having beach chairs and the beach umbrella was greatly appreciated! Very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the condo but the only issue was the 2nd bathroom was only a shower outside. I have adult children so it really wasn’t an issue but the listing said 2 bathrooms so I assumed it was a full bathroom. I don’t rent through VRBO often so I didn’t really ask the questions either. Thanks again as the hosts really do a great job.

What a Gem on Brigantine!

I can't say enough good things about this little gem! modern, clean, comfortable, super quiet, easy walk to huge sandy beach, and multiple outdoor spaces to lounge. We would stay over and over if we ever come back to the area.

Perfect Beach House

Great beach house for a small family. The location was perfect for us - close to the beach and right around the corner from an ice cream shop. The house was fully stocked with anything we needed and very, very clean! Loved the decor, too. Will definitely book this property again!

First trip to Brigantine, did not disappoint!

This was my family’s first trip to Brigantine and it was great! The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Very clean, updated and beautiful decor. They had everything we needed. You can’t beat the location. Short walk to the beach and so many places to walk to as well. Very nice neighborhood. The owners were very quick to answer any questions. Check in and check out was so easy. We are already planning when we can book here again. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your gorgeous place! Stay here everyone. You will not be disappointed!
