Your family will be close to the Beach, the Bay, Boardwalk and Downtown ! This adorable 4 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow style home has everything you need for your Ocean City vacation. Enjoy your morning coffee at the front porch while looking the seasonal flowers. Walking distance to Wawa, gym and the Shops. 2 brand new additional couches in living area, brand new LVP flooring (being installed March of 2025) in the kitchen and dining area, brand new kitchen table set, brand new twin bed added to upstairs loft, all brand new twin mattresses (5 total), and a brand new outdoor dining set for 6 w/ a fire pit table.

Perfect for families seeking both space and comfort, this inviting 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom offers everything you need for an unforgettable Ocean City vacation. Nestled in the Downtown/Central Area, youre just a 10-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, while being steps away from the vibrant shops and restaurants along Asbury Avenue.

Inside, youll find a blend of modern convenience and original Ocean City charm, with room for everyone to relax. The home sleeps 10, featuring two queen beds, five twin beds, 1 full sized futon and is equipped with central air, stainless steel appliances, and a washer/dryer. Youll love spending time outside, whether its enjoying morning coffee on the covered front porch, grilling on the gas BBQ on the spacious back patio, or rinsing off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. This pet-friendly home welcomes your four-legged friends, so the whole family can come along for the fun.

I had a wonderful week long stay. The house was adorable but listing pictures were very deceiving. The upstairs twin bed bedroom looks nothing like it’s pictures. Also when I arrived the central air didn’t work upstairs so we had to put in the air conditioners ourselves. To be honest the house sleeps 11 but comfortable only 8. The beds felt like you were sleeping on plywood. Finally the outside grill also didn’t work. Despite these problems we still had a fun week and enjoyed the beautiful porch which is the houses best aspect!
