Cozy 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom apartment on the second floor. ONE BLOCK FROM THE BEACH. Sleeps four. One queen bed in each bedroom. Fully furnished. One off-street parking spot available. Washer & Dryer in the unit. Central AC. Stainless steel appliances - Gas range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator in the kitchen. Office work space available.
NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES and no pets.
Linens, towels and kitchenware are all included.
Beach badges available.
Check yourself in with the keypad. Code provided on the date of arrival.
APARTMENT IS ON THE SECOND FLOOR, MUST WALK UP THE STEPS, NO ELEVATOR.

Lovely Apartment

Good location. Roomy, comfortable, clean. Owner responsive and helpful . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Not a "beachy" vibe in the apartment.

Sufficient space and very close to the beach but it could use some updating. The entire building is up for sale and that's most likely why the owner isn't investing in replacing the uncomfortable and noisy beds and not so clean living room furniture. Overall, it was sufficient for a few nights and Lou let us bring our small dog along.

Nice condo

Location was good, close to the beach. Very difficult to park in the driveway. Condo was very clean, fully stocked. Ice maker did not work, otherwise nice.

Great stay!

Myself and 2 girlfriends stayed here for a long weekend and it was great! A very easy check in process and Lou was fast respond to any questions we had. The location was great (approx. 3 minute walk to the beach) with a few cafes nearby (walkable). about a 10 minute drive to margate which had more shops and restaurants. Definitely would stay again!

Quiet Stay in Ventnor

Location is easy to find in a quiet neighborhood - you'll need to walk up a flight of steps to the 2nd floor apartment. Clean and well-kept. Kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc which allowed us to cook several large meals. Easy 5 min walk to the beach & boardwalk. Narrow driveway and street parking is tight (if you have more than one vehicle).

Perfect summer getaway!

We booked this as a last-minute summer getaway and it was absolutely perfect! Lou was so pleasant, kind and accommodating. Check-in and check-out was super easy. Our family of four fit comfortably in this spacious rental. Once inside, everything is on the same level which was nice because we didn’t have to worry about our 17-month old on any stairs (besides walking up to the unit). The unit is very close to the beach and the owner provides beach tags and chairs. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon!

Beach Getaway

Lou was a great host. Never met him but he answered all questions in a timely manner. He also allowed us an extra hour for checkout. Beach badges were available which was great! The "parking spot" is very difficult to maneuver because of a telephone pole right at the entrance. Parking on the street is impossible in the summer, even with a parking pass, which was provided. Our real complaint is that the bed in the master was so noisy and squeaky that every time my husband turned over, he woke me up. The mattress in the second bedroom was very soft, not good for two people. That meant that my husband and I had to sleep in separate bedrooms. Also, there are no bedside tables for personal items like eyeglasses or a drink of water. Lastly, I think a real coffee maker rather than a French Press is needed. We brought one from home. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk is excellent and if you are willing to forgo a few creature comforts, I'm sure you will enjoy the apartment.

Great location

Location was perfect for a beach vacation with small children. The host was fantastic. We didn’t have enough hands for two car seats luggage and stuff for the beach so we were not able to manage a pack N play and Lou was kind enough to order one and have it delivered by the time we got there and it was a lifesaver. So now it comes with a pack n play. Off street parking was nice on the busy weekend when we would have had to park down the block, but it is a tight spot we did fine with a mid size car. We would definitely stay again.

Two BD two BA near Atlantic City

Nice if modest place in the North Beach area of Ventnor, 3 blocks from AC and a block and a half from the beach and boardwalk. One (tight) off-street parking spot, but after Labor Day when we were there street parking was not a problem. About a 5-6 block walk to commercial areas with restaurants, a bike shop, etc. Upstairs year-round renter manages the ST rental for the owner. Kitchen could use some additions such as bowls and coffee machine (french press available), and local TV/cable is not available (TV does have internet). Overall a good choice for a small group for a week or two.

Ventnor beach weekend

Great place for 4 adults. Close to beach. Beach wide and flat. Good for bocce ball and frisbee. Close to restaurants, and casino if you want that. Friendly neighbors.

Fantastic Place

The perfect spot for our seashore getaway. The place is well appointed, comfortable, and modern. The apartment is just a block away from the beautiful and well maintained beach in Ventnor, and its a very short walk to Atlantic City on the Boardwalk. I highly recommend this lovely seashore escape.

Checked in late Sunday night, parking was easy and location is only 1 block from beach. The unit is exactly as listed. The kitchen is gorgeous. Overall highly recommend this place
