Peace and quiet within short walking distance to the beach.

Fully furnished first floor condo that sleeps 8. Three bedrooms, two full baths and a queen size sleeper sofa. Master bedroom with queen size bed and full bath. Two additional bedrooms each with twin size day bed and pull-out trundle bed. Full bath in hallway. Queen size sleeper sofa in living room.

Covered front porch deck with seating and new large back deck with grill and umbrella seating. Own laundry room and one off street parking space. Central air and ceiling fans. Cable TV and wireless internet. Shared outdoor shower.

Small dogs (under 40lbs.) welcome. We ask that pets not be allowed on furniture, or that you bring extra sheets to cover the furniture. Failure to cover the furniture will result in an additional $50 cleaning charge.

Bed linens, bath/beach towels and paper products NOT provided.

Non-refundable deposit due upon booking.

Great getaway

Our host was a good communicator and the house was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the porch and the beach and downtown Ocean City were close by. While we were able to figure things out, operating directions for the Keurig coffee maker and the tv would have been helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Worked Well For MS Ride

This house worked nicely for us a place to stay for the MS Ride. It was clean and well equipped. Everything was as advertised. Communications with the owner was great. It was a little noisy when it rained, drops hitting on neighbors AC units. And it would be great if the owner supplied linens and towels. Those are minor issues and I understand cost are lower if you bring your own linens... Overall, We had a very nice weekend there.

Great Grandma and kid friendly!

Perfect place to stay with multiple generations. House was clean and not cluttered with room to move about inside. The fenced in back deck is fantastic. Only two blocks from pizza and ice cream too!

Peaceful Spot for a Family Vacation

This adorable 3 bedroom unit was perfect for our family. We made use of the private backyard space and proximity to the beach and boards. The host is absolutely wonderful and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay in this clean and cute house. Close to beach, bikes, and boards. Kitchen stocked with supplies. Private backyard is a plus! Host is always helpful and kind. This was our second booking here and will book again!

A short but enjoyable stay

While a bit outdated, with uncomfortable mattresses, most amenities were fine and space was overall comfortable. We enjoyed the condo, it's location in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to town and the hostess was friendly and helpful as well. We would hopefully return their in the spring.

Great week at the shore

Our family (and dogs) had a great time at the shore. This property was perfectly located near the Northern end allowing for easy walks to the beach, playground, cafes, and more. Easy check-in and check-out, and quick replies from the owner when needed. Looking forward to returning next year!

Would stay here again!

Wonderful home with all the things you would need for a fun stay! Kitchen packed with amenities, comfy beds, and awesome deck. Rented bikes for our stay and location was great. Easily rode to Boardwalk and shopping on Asbury Ave. Host was friendly and available whenever needed. Would definitely stay here again. Loved this home.

Great home in the gardens
