Family-Sized with Bay Views and Close to Beach

**Booking for summer 2023 - please message me if you’d like to rent for the whole summer, 1/2 summer or monthly. **

Space for the whole family and walking distance to everything Ventnor has to offer, with bay views - and it's only 2 short blocks to the boardwalk and beach.
This newly updated home sleeps 10 comfortably, with all new mattresses and kitchen gear in 2022. Two porches offer space to relax, one covered with a ceiling fan and one off the primary bedroom for watching the boats go by in the bay. The rear deck is great for BBQ's (with a brand new Weber grill) and feels very private.
Open layout, large rooms throughout. The kids will even have their own bathroom on the third floor.
Want to cook for a crowd? Gourmet kitchen with a double oven and every size pot and pan. Need to connect with your office while at the shore? There's a sunny home office with a door for quiet productivity. Evenings with family and friends? Two Roku TVs means streaming your favorite beach movie won't be a problem.
Tenants bring their beach gear. Linens and towels provided.
Location is prime - two blocks to ice cream, tacos, a great bar/restaurant with live music, and Wawa! Less than half a mile to Ventnor Coffee, and just a one-mile stroll down the boardwalk to Atlantic City itself!
Summer 2023 sees a renovated backyard with flowers in a raised bed.
Pets are not allowed.

Spacious, nicely decorated home in great location

We booked this rental for my mother's 80th birthday and had three generations under one roof. The house was new, bright, clean and very spacious - the teens had their own floor/bathroom and there were enough showers for the adults on the first level. The house has recently been renovated and everything was elegantly designed and new. The kitchen was new, very spacious and very well appointed - it even had a juicer and slow cooker which was greatly appreciated. The house is 2 walks from the beach and came with beach passes and a great beach cart so getting to and from the beach was a breeze, even for 80 somethings. There is a lovely porch with a bay breeze and we spent many evenings there playing Scrabble and watching the sun set. There were a number of great restaurants, ice cream shops and a Wawa within a few blocks which was very convenient, especially for the teens. We had wonderful week and would definitely stay there again!

July 2022 Stay

We stayed in the house for a full week. The house photos online matched what the house looked like, and it was spacious and clean. The house was easy to access with a lock code. The house had a grill in the small backyard. We used the front porch a lot. The porch chairs were comfortable, and it was in the shade. We had one small problem that the owner took care of. Communication with the owner was easy and they responded quickly. Parking was on the street, but most days it was not hard to find a spot close to the house. Weekends the parking spots were harder to find. The neighborhood is very quiet and walking in the area was very easy to navigate. We would rent this house again.

July 4th week stay

We had an amazing experience with Alia who was the owner of the the property. She was great with communication from booking to check out. Property is beautiful and spacious to fit 2 large families. We were 2 blocks from the beach and bay is literally in your backyard almost. Lots of sitting areas for people to hangout and eat. You have your wawa within a walking distance and Acme to go grocery if you are staying long. Lots to do and lots of place to go eat, shop and AC is only mins away if you want a night out in AC. It was a great experience and we will definitely book again :)
