ShoreThingBrigantine 2nd FL: steps to beach! Now Booking Summer 2026!

Centrally located, our modern & updated duplex home is situated only 3 houses from the beautiful Brigantine Beach on 37th/38th Street! This is where the lifeguards enter the beach area, with a wide flat path and volleyball courts. Our home is within walking distance to Jersey Cow Ice Cream, the famous Ernest & Sons Market (featured on Diners, Dives & Drive-Ins) and Tiki Taco.

This 2nd Floor unit is new and modern, has 2/3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, comfortable living room with 55" Smart TV and a coastal inspired newly renovated kitchen. The kitchen table seats 4, and has a butterfly leaf that extends the table to seat 6.

The outdoor areas include a beautiful front deck made of modern composite materials and vinyl railings where you can enjoy ocean breezes (and sounds if the wind conditions are right) and a small peek of oceanview and new back covered deck with table seating and a comfortable outdoor couch. There is a convenient Weber Gas Grill on the back deck perfect for grilling up your afternoon BBQ or evening meal.

There is a decadent spa-like enclosed outside shower, with hot & cold water and multiple nozzles, perfect for after a long day on the beach, boating or golfing.

There is off-street parking for 1 compact/regular-sized car. The yard has a lush, manicured lawn, as well as well-tended flower beds.

Secure Wi-Fi, Cable TV and 6 beach tags are provided.

Cute and Cozy

We rented the second floor and loved that there was a front and back porch with plenty of room. Spaces were very tidy and clean and the decor was bright and inviting. We only stayed 2 nights, but they offered every amenity you could need for a longer stay. The owner was fabulous and made sure we had all the info we needed. They even had a binder with menus, fun stuffs, and instructions for the house. We will definitely stay there again next year, hopefully for a whole week!

Great stay!

We loved our time in Brigantine! The "shore thing" was in a great location, very close to the beach, and within walking distance to several restaurants and the grocery store. The house was very nice and perfect for our needs. The house is well-stocked and we had everything we needed for our weekend.

Looking forward to next year

We completed our stay last weekend and had a wonderful time in the second floor unit. We had 8 people in our party and the accommodations were great. The unit was clean and very nicely decorated. The unit had two great decks with tables and chairs. Best of all we were only a couple of houses from the entrance to the beach. Not having to drive and find a parking space was awesome. Each time we came back from the beach we were able to hose down our stuff in the back yard and even shower outside. The kitchen was recently renovated and fully furnished with just about anything you may need to have meals at home. The owner checked in to make sure we were having a good time. The process to get back our deposit was painless and very efficient. We are definitely looking forward to renting the unit next year.

Beautiful and relaxing!

This lovely home was perfect for us. Close to the beach. Lots of amenities that were so helpful to have in the home. Beautiful new kitchen and bathroom. This home was spacious too and allowed us just the right amount of space and comfort. Thank you also to the owners for checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed for a stay in Brigantine. :)

Lovely oasis!

Our fourth visit and this time we stayed on top floor which was perfect for us! Newly renovated kitchen, two decks and clean as usual. Owner is the best!
