Welcome to your perfect Ocean City getaway, nestled in the quiet and charming north end on Brighton Place! Just one block from the beach and two blocks from the boardwalk, this newly renovated (2019) second-floor condo offers the ideal mix of modern comfort and coastal charm.

Inside, you’ll find four inviting bedrooms, including three plush queen beds and a fun bunk bed setup, comfortably accommodating up to nine guests. The condo features two full bathrooms, each with a refreshing shower and stocked with hair dryers for added convenience. Stay cool in the summer and cozy in the winter with central AC and heating, and enjoy all the modern comforts of home, including high-speed WiFi, a washing machine, an iron, and a fitness room to keep up with your routine.

too small overpriced,

we could not find parking lot around the house very very difficult specially with my pet and my little grandson , also we have people upstairs and downstairs which was way too loud all the steps 7 am in the morning for the whole stay.. make sure you read the book as soon as you arrived to see what they offer i didn’t we had to pay to get to the beach.. we did found dog beach with was very pleasant..

Nice, but tough sleeping without AC

The property looked newly remodeled and everything was fresh and clean.The property manager was responsive and easy to communicate with. We realized the forced air was not improving the temperature and it would not decrease despite changing all the settings. We contacted HeavenlyRez and they said they would get someone out asap. We didn’t hear back for a bit then were alerted it wouldn’t be fixed during our stay and got a gift card for breakfast for the inconvenience. No one came out to look at the unit, but we were told the part wouldn’t be coming until 2 days after we would be gone so I’m not sure how they would have known the issue without inspecting it. For the price point it was disappointing that sleep was so challenging due to high humidity and temp, needing to have the windows open and hearing the noise outside, and babies that don’t sleep well in the heat. I hope it does get fixed for future renters. Otherwise, it was nice to have the beach chairs and beach towels. We brought a wagon which was essential to shuttle the little ones to the beach on the long block. We chose this location because of the pet allowance and proximity to family. The only other recommendation was that there were only shower stalls so bringing a small inflatable tub would have been helpful.
