Noleggia 1 unità o entrambe le unità. Ogni unità è:

Dall'altra parte della strada dalla spiaggia. 'Sandy'strong; alto e secco. Questa è una casa a tre (3) Story 2400 SF Town che ha 3 camere da letto (10 posti letto). Una stanza bonus al 1 ° piano. 2 1/2 bagni e una doccia esterna. Riscaldamento centralizzato e aria condizionata. Grande cucina moderna in cucina con ripiani in granito e pavimento piastrellato.

Il primo piano dispone di una grande camera familiare con televisore "Big Screen". Il divano si estrae in un letto matrimoniale. Questo porta al cortile.

Il secondo piano ospita una sala "Great Room" con un grande centro di intrattenimento e televisione da 50 "con impianto stereo Sonos che conduce all'esterno sul balcone n. 1. Una cucina moderna con tutti gli elettrodomestici. 1/2 bagno e lavanderia di grandi dimensioni. Una nuova porta scorrevole.

Il terzo piano dispone di ampia camera da letto matrimoniale con televisione via cavo, cabina armadio e bagno completo. Oltre a due belle camere da letto un altro bagno completo e balcone # 2. La camera da letto numero 2 ha una nuova porta scorrevole che porta sul balcone. La porta ha mini tende interne.

Backyard ha un patio con mobili, una doccia esterna e barbecue a gas.

Il garage è dotato di una canna da pesca da surf, (4) sedie a sdraio, (2) ombrelloni, (1) carro, (2) biciclette e (4) badge da spiaggia. \ E un frigorifero per la produzione di ghiaccio

Well maintained family beach house in a great location just steps away from the beach

My family (group of 7) and I really enjoyed staying at this beach house in Brigantine. It is conveniently located across the street from the beach and within walking distance of a lot of restaurants , some little shops & a Wawa. The house came with plenty of beach chairs, a beach wagon for your beach gear and 2 bikes. The homeowner is easy to communicate with and responds quickly to any questions you may have. I Would definitely stay here again and plan to go back in the fall.

close to beach, house and garage clean/well stocked and had everything we needed, outdoor shower and extra fridge in garage were great, owner friendly and responsive, upstairs AC could have worked better though- had a great stay!

A great stay in Brigantine!

We all (three generations) had a great time at Wayne's place! The location is hard to beat, and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. A lot of beach houses advertise an "outdoor shower", but this house has an outdoor shower that is actually FUNCTIONAL enough to strip, shower, and soap before going inside. And it's just big enough for mom to go in there with the toddler! A win-win for the guests and property owner alike! Our only trouble was that the downstairs pullout sofa mattress was very stained, but I have faith that Wayne will remedy that, as he was not previously aware. The garage was a big plus and well-stocked with all the beach items you could need. Having an extra fridge doesn't hurt either! I hope this wasn't our last stay at this house (-:

Perfect location for beach relaxation

Location couldn’t be beat, cross the street and you’re at the ocean. It was perfect for our family to come and go to the beach throughout the day. The townhouse was clean and well maintained. Wayne was responsive and gave us good dining recommendations in very family-friendly Brigantine. The kids are already asking to go back!

The place was very nice it was equipped with lots of kitchen utensils and it was nice size for a family of 5, and we loved the location it was rift across the street from the beach and less then a half mile to town. The owner was on top of things and very nice to deal with!

Excellent beach condo in Brigantine!

Excellent beach condo with a great location and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Plenty of room for everyone and great amenities! Wayne is a fantastic host and great to work with! Can't wait to stay here in the future!

School is out—long weekend!

We booked this house with another family to celebrate end of the school year/start of summer. Four adults and four kids stayed very comfortably in the home. The distance to the beach was perfect—and the owner is very kind and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Brigantine Stay

Excellent property in a great location, close to the beach and a number of great restaurants, and easy to get to AC. Place was clean, had plenty of space for the whole group to hang out, and a great backyard patio as well. Ran into the host also, he was easy to get along with and helpful every step of the way.

Awesome beach side property

This condo was great for a nice beach get away. Wayne was a great host and helped us with knowing where the local spots were. There was plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc. we would definitely stay here again.

A perfect location

The proximity to the beach was perfect. The beach equipment and toys were greatly appreciated. Foosball in the garage and the outside shower were special treats for our children and grandchildren.

Great location

Just a short 1/2 block walk to the beach. Nice sized rooms. For a retired person it was a lot of stairs. Wayne was great to work with and left us lots of extra beach equipment. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful stay

Great unit and convenient location. Clean and well maintained — everything worked, which is often not the case. Better stocked kitchen than any rental I’ve been to before, and all the beach gear and game room stuff was really nice to have access to. I just wish linens were included. It’s such a pain to haul sheets and towels. Wayne is extremely nice and responsive to any issues that came up. Would definitely go back!

Clean and comfortable beach house

We enjoyed staying in this property. It is close to the beach and was very clean. Beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, etc. were great. Our children loved playing foosball in the garage and sitting out on the front balconies!

Great vacation house!

excellent location

The house was clean and steps from the beach. Lots of amenities (large TVs, central A/C, parking, bbq, games) and the outdoor shower was a plus. Nice working kitchen, especially the filtered water from the refrigerator. The only issue we had was that the house was not well stocked with hand soap, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent or condiments when prior houses I have rented were. If you stay here be sure to bring all that.

Amazing Time

We enjoyed a great week with our adult children. This was our first time in Brigatine. We were very impressed with the town, it was very picturesque. The rental is spacious. It accommodated all eight of us comfortably. The beach is only a few steps away, and the town enjoys a good variety of places to eat. We recommend Laguna's Rum beach bar (great drinks) and the crab shack for take out. Wayne was very accommodating and friendly.

Great location and plenty of room!

Met with the owner who was very nice and accommodating. Half block from the beach and a few blocks from the stores/restaurants. Plenty of room and space. Two families shared totaling 9 people. I would absolutely go back and rent !
