Beautiful Beachfront Townhouse – just steps to the Beach. Walk out the front door and onto the dunes!

This gorgeous 3-bedroom, 3-floor townhouse offers breathtaking ocean views from all the decks and is just steps from the beach! Located in a 5-unit beachfront building, this center unit provides incredible views from multiple decks, along with the ultimate beachside convenience. Just minutes away on foot from local shops and dining.

The first floor offers a private bedroom complete with a full-sized bed and an adjacent full bathroom, making it an ideal space for guests, in-laws, or anyone who prefers to avoid stairs.

The second floor is the heart of the home, with a spacious living room (including a queen sofa sleeper), dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a beach-facing deck perfect for enjoying sunsets. There’s also a half bathroom and large windows throughout that let in lots of natural light.

The upper floor features an additional bedroom furnished with a comfortable queen bed, along with a full bathroom, offering added privacy and convenience—perfect for guests or extra family members.

The master suite is an incredible retreat with a king bed, a whirlpool tub with stunning ocean views, and two private decks facing the beach. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind with your own private slice of paradise.

Additional amenities include 3 on-site parking spots, Wi-Fi, and provided pillows and comforters (just bring your own sheets and pillowcases).

Located just minutes from Atlantic City casinos, restaurants, and entertainment, you get the best of both worlds — a peaceful beach getaway and easy access to all the excitement nearby.

Check-in and Check-out day is on Saturday.

Excellent host and beach house! Check-in was super easy, the kitchen amenities were top notch, and the location right on the beach can't be beat. Ocean views from all balconies were fantastic. More than comfortable, and convenient to everything. Our family had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful beachfront townhouse, and we will definitely be renting again in the future. Highly recommend!!

Locations Location Location

Darryl is a great host to work with, always very helpful and available. Being right on the beach was amazing. Super easy to set up on beach each morning and bring little ones back and forth; absolutely no walking through long long dunes!! Each floor has a bedroom with its own bath, plus an extra 1/2 bath, which was perfect for our party of 8. We thoroughly enjoyed the wine fridge and the great TVs. Didn’t miss out on one minute of the Olympics. The 2 bikes, boogie board, and 4/5beach chairs in the garage made things quite convenient. A few things you need to be ready for; getting beach passes at the community center for all the adults and 3 flights of stairs inside the house. We were able to stay on the first floor and only needed to walk one flight to the family area. Just thought I’d mention it if you plan to rent with babies and/or older folks. Would definitely rent here again.

Beach vacation

This was our first time to spend a week together. The place is great, spacious for five adults and beautifully set up, especially the wine fridge. This place is very close to the beach so it is convenient to go back to the house if you forgot something. Beach tags are not included however. You can purchase them at the community center or buy them on the beach. Seniors over 65 and children below a certain age are free. We will definitely come back next year.

My family and I rented this property and we loved the location to the beach. The house was clean and had plenty of room for family each have their own room. The ow Er was very responsive to any questions we had.

Beach Happy

The location of this property cant be beat. The beach is steps away and the decks have great ocean views. Very quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive. The home was very clean and comfortable. It was nice having off road parking for three cars. The only thing I would say is to just be aware that there are alot of steps up to the master bedroom and bathroom in case that is an issue.
