Overall, the home met the needs for our stay. The listing was accurate in terms of the number of parking spots, the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces. The kitchen was fit out with the cooking equipment we needed.That said, I have a few constructive comments to offer:- There was a constant stream of messages from the property manager via the VRBO platform, via email, and via text messages. In most communications, there was an "upsell" opportunity that involved additional fees to be paid. When traveling, I'm trying to get away from my phone, but I found myself anxious to watch for the next message from the owner.- We got a last minute "rental agreement" sent in Docusign that was outside the VRBO platform. Nothing objectionable in it, but I found it odd that there were additional terms and conditions to sign.- The property was photographed at tip top shape. It does need fresh paint, linens, and towels as it is showing the wear and tear of being a rental property. My estimate is that it was photographed about 3-5 years ago for the sake of the VRBO listing.Overall, I feel we got the value we paid for with our stay but the property manager's constant VRBO and text communications was a lot to keep up with.

Fabulous beach front property! Great location. Walk to dinner and breakfast. House is clean, modern, comfortable and plenty of parking. A quick Uber to Atlantic City. Perfect for our 3 adult couples. The Property manager, Jason, responds promptly. Check-in was easy. I would definitely rent this house again!

Great Stay

Enjoyed our stay, a lot of information trickles in about the stay over a few weeks prior. Would be easier to have it all at once and in one central location! Otherwise the stay was great and exactly as depicted! Would stay again!

Beautiful Home

The house is beautiful and spacious. It was a lot of fun people watching on weekend days, as it is very busy on the beach in front of the house. The design was very modern and clean as well. The only issue we had was not having a single designated parking spot for a 5 bedroom home. This was very inconvenient, more than we initially imagined. The people who were parked on the street very rarely moved their cars. But overall, the house was really lovely and Jason was a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much! The beach views and access to the Boardwalk were just what we were looking for - there is nothing like sitting in a comfy chair or eating dinner with a panoramic view of the ocean. The house was very clean, well-equipped, and Jason was a very supportive host. We plan to come back soon!

The property is a very old house that is reasonably well maintained but expect some rough edges here and there. Bedrooms are very sparse and decor is dated, but the main floor spaces are very spacious and flow nicely between indoor/outdoor.

What a view!

The beach and ocean views were unbeatable! So convenient to be able to go to beach (which was not too crowded and had lifeguards) and quickly return if anyone needed something back at the house. Appreciated having so many camper chairs, towels, and an umbrella. Beds were comfortable and plenty of seating for our large family inside and out. Jason was an excellent, extremely responsive host. We’ll be back!

Bartram Beach house

We really enjoyed our week in AC. The house was great & just steps from the beach. The beach was really beautiful! The home was comfortable, plenty big, & included everything as advertised. Jason was always reachable & quickly responded to any questions/requests that we had. Would definitely recommend renting this property.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Just got back from a week at the shore in the Bartram Beach House! The location can’t be beat, the view is breathtaking and the proximity to the beach is the icing on the cake! The Bartram Ave Beach was clean and not too crowded and no need for badges which was a welcome change from most other Jersey Shore beaches. But honestly the view was so incredible from the house that we didn’t feel the need to go down to the beach everyday since we could enjoy it from the house without getting sandy 😂 We brought our dogs and having the grassy area right next to the house for quick bathroom runs was super convenient. The area consists of mostly families, and the house is on the quiet end of the boardwalk. The house inside is as beautiful as the pictures show, very spacious and room enough for our family of 12 adults and dogs. The pool table being in the main living space was a great decision as we probably used it more in a week than we used ours at home in the past year! Jason, the host, was very welcoming and helpful and even sent us a gift basket with locally sourced treats. Our family had the best time and would love to return in the future!

Thanksgiving celebration

We celebrated Thanksgiving early this year w family and friends and the property was great. Location was convenient and close to boardwalk for daily walks. House was very clean and just the right amount of rooms for us. The Enjoyed the views of the ocean from every room in the house .

Exactly what we needed!

House was everything we needed. Big, clean, plenty of space to spread out, nice kitchen to eat dinner, and close to everything. Jason was awesome and would immediately reply to all my questions before and during the trip. My friends and I (9 total) stayed for 3 nights for our annual golf trip. Safe to say, if Atlantic City is our destination next year- we’ll be staying there again!

Fantastic Stay and Property

Just came back from a long weekend with 2 other families. We had 6 adults and kids ranging in age from 18 months - 8 years old. Everyone had a terrific time. The place was renovated over the summer and you could still smell the newness when you walk in. The first thing i noticed when we walked in was how clean the place is. The pictures were accurate - the only thing worth noting is that there is one additional unit on the first floor, so the house is the 2nd and 3 floor. We never heard anyone downstairs (and hopefully they didn't hear us either!). Plenty of bedrooms to sleep in - beds were comfortable with enough space in each room. The layout of the house was great - master bedroom on the main floor, 4 bedrooms upstairs. Each family had their own bathroom - washer/dryer looked like a new unit, and all appliance were new. We made breakfast/lunch at home, so the cookware was enough to accommodate all 12 of us. Ocean views from pretty much every room, and great sunlight throughout the day. The beach is literally right in front, so it was so easy with the kids. Highly recommend this place. Jason was terrific too! Super responsive when we were on site and answered any questions i had prior. Would def come here again!

Amazing!

What an incredible week! Jason’s place is unreal! The renovation is fantastic- all the amenities you could want, including a coffee bar, smart TVs in every room, and a billiard table. It was a perfect for my family of 10, including 4 kids ranging from a baby to 11 years old. The house is lovely throughout but what makes this a real gem is the LOCATION! Literally on the boardwalk with incredible ocean views and beach access. Jason even thoughtfully has beach chairs and a beach umbrella for guest use. Our kids had an absolute blast spending their days on the beach. Finally, would commend Jason for being super responsive throughout our stay, and doing all he could to make our time comfortable. Thanks for a great week of fun and sun, Jason!

Great Stay

We had a great time at the beach pad!!! The views are incredible and the space was beautiful. Jason was great to communicate with and made sure all was well throughout our stay. We have stayed many times in AC but nothing will compare to our experience at the pad.

Atlantic City Beach House Accolades

This was a beautiful property in an awesome location. It's an older home, with some quirks that aren't unexpected. Lots of stairs. Nice beds, nice beach towels. Having a garage to keep your cars off the street was an unexpected bonus - especially during a storm. There's really nothing but a single lot-sized city park and the boardwalk between the house and the ocean. It was a great place to watch the storm coming in, whipping up the waves. The deck out front was comfortable and a nice place to sit with family and watch the stars. We were bummed that due to Covid, we missed the AC fireworks, it would have been a great place to see them. Jason was an attentive host, easy to reach by text or phone. We had some issues with the house while we were there (hello, house built in the 1900s!), and he was super-quick to step in to resolve them.
