The hotel services especially the room services were great ! We were so happy that we chose this hotel even though it’s an hour drive from Lisbon city. There are plenty of site seeing attractions and authentic traditional restaurants nearby.”

“The owner Susana was really friendly and helpful, the room is a 10/10 and also the pool & outside area is beautiful and perfect to relax. The only improvable thing is that the door is poorly soundproofed. All in all i would really recommend the Pata da Gaivota Boutique House :)”

“The host came into my room in the middle of the night unnanounced. She was dropping off my breakfast as she said she had no other guests so wouldnt be serving breakfast the next day. I heard guests coming in and out of the property all night so im not sure if maybe they had booked last minute. Anyways, she entered my room without knocking at 11PM waking me out of my sleep. The amenities list a bar/lounge and restaurant but these dont exist on the property. Plan to bring food or have a vehicle...
