We used the hotel pool facility. The changing rooms were dirty. Dirty nappies in the swimsuit dryer. Sauna out of order. Broken drains on the jacuzzi. Heating and hot water broke on Friday so shower/bath was lukewarm and cold room. which spoiled our evening a little, unfortunately. Staff were lovely and resolved it ready for the next day/eve.
