“Staff throughout the hotel were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast staff were rude and not helpful. Would have been nice if healthy food would have been offered (i.e fruit or yogurt). Parking is always a little rough when you have large trucks. It would have been nice to know about the $15 per night packing fee. That was new to us. Overall a good place to stay very convenient to the strip and walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. ”

“We had great time at this hotel. It’s very close to Parkway and you can walk everywhere instead of driving in the traffic. Also, you can get to the hotel using backway to avoid traffic coming and going. There’s a pancake house just few minutes away and it was great homemade food.
