“Our room was clean, the staff was great, and our bed was comfortable. Knowing this was a newer property, we were surprised to find that the bathroom door didn't close properly, there was a big corner chip out of the bathroom mirror, the adhesive-backed lotion dispenser had fallen off the textured wall, and one of the shades did not operate well.”

He made assumptions, didn't listen (or understand English?) and could no communicate effectively.”
