Accogliente casa sulla spiaggia - AuGres

Benvenuti nella vostra spiaggia privata sul lago Huron! Questa casa è stata nella nostra famiglia per decenni ed è stata recentemente ristrutturata nel 2015.

Situata appena fuori dal centro di AuGres, questa accogliente casa sulla spiaggia è stata completamente rinnovata e include mobili completamente nuovi, pavimento piastrellato, elettrodomestici, TV a schermo piatto da 55 ", WIFI, vernici e decorazioni!

La camera da letto n. 1 (vista lago al piano superiore) ha un letto king size e un divano letto.
Il piano superiore ha anche una zona soppalcata con due letti singoli e un bagno completo in comune.

Camera da letto # 2 (vista lago al piano di sotto) ha un letto king size con un bagno completo.

Il primo piano esce alla tua spiaggia privata di sabbia. Lontano dalle autostrade e dal rumore, ti divertirai ad essere in una baia protetta con acque pulite e poco profonde e un fondo sabbioso; ottimo per nuotare, giochi d'acqua e bambini!

La porta accanto è un lotto libero boschivo che ti dà ancora più privacy. Gli incendi da spiaggia sono perfetti per arrostire i marshmallow!

Questa casa sul lago si trova vicino a campi da golf, canoa, pesca, escursioni, gite in barca e città (AuGres).

Ancora più divertimento può essere trovato a circa 20 minuti di auto da Tawas City.

Vieni a divertirti con la famiglia e gli amici rilassandoti su uno dei Grandi Laghi del Michigan!

This is our 4th AuGres rental and by far our family’s favorite! Can’t say enough about the very clean and comfortable accommodations! The nautical decor was perfect with nice big beds with comfy bedding and towels! Kitchen fully equipped with everything you’d need! I had no reservations about my 10 month old grandson crawling around! The new back patio was totally awesome with lots of chairs and lounges! We enjoyed the big round picnic table for snacking and playing card games! Lots of beach toys that my 3 grandsons had lots of fun with! Fire pit and beach were very well groomed, very sandy bottom for playing and swimming! Our host Jerry, was quick to respond to our questions along with being very understanding and flexible! So looking forward to returning in August

This clean, modern, well stocked home was located directly on Lake Huron with a beautiful sandy beach leading into the lake. Our family spent a few days playing in the water, and our evenings were spent sitting around the fire pit while listening to the waves crash and looking up at the stars. This property could not possibly have been more relaxing for our family vacation that included two kids and a set of grandparents. There is no reason not to book this property and we are already trying to figure out when to come back!

Great Lake house for a family get away. Kids loved playing in the sand and swimming. Loved having access right out the door to the beach without having to pack everything up and drive somewhere. House was what we needed with many sleeping options.

Our annual girls weekend was made perfect with this stay! Everything about the home and the beach was amazing. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. And all of the amenities you could ask for. We were so sad to leave after our long weekend, but we can't wait until next year.

Love the house and location of this property. The upgrades of the gas grill and glass door in the master bath were wonderful adds. Along with the upgrade in pan in the kitchen. House was clean and tidy and we could not have asked for anything more. The only recommendation to the owner is that it is time for a good power washing on the outside of the house. It is getting lots of webs and critters. I would still highly recommend. This was our second year visiting and look forward to the next. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful time at the Beach House. The house was clean and plenty of space for all. Anything we could have needed was there. Even the beds were comfortable. The beach was clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend the Beach House to anyone looking for a relaxing time at the lake. I will definitely be coming back.

This was our second visit to the lake house as a family. We were happy to be here again, but a bit saddened by the new house build next door. It took away some of the coziness and seclusion. Wonderful beach. Great stay as a family, Jerry is always in very good communication.

Great property, our 7 year old had a great time playing on the beach and in the water. The house was very clean, I only gave it a 4 for cleanliness because there was some bloody meat packaging outside. We left some charcoal for the next renter, enjoy. Fire pit was great and wood is available for sale in the neighborhood. Thanks for letting us stay in your home, we will probably stay again.

We stayed here with 2 families, we each had 1 kid, they loved playing on the beach. We brought our fishing boat, there was plenty of space to park the boat and vehicles. We caught walleye, and bass close to the cottage. It was well stocked and very user friendly. We had a great time!

This cottage is in a great location. The beach was nice and the water level good for my two grandkids. The new construction next door seems to have necessitated the trees being cut down so there is no longer any natural shade. But I understand from the owner that next season there will be AC. Some comfortable chairs for the patio area would be a welcome addition. Communication with the owner was very good. Hopefully we will make it back next year.

Second year in a row visiting this property and it was equally well maintained. Next door is a giant new construction but it didn't bother us and the private beach is well sectioned. Nice quiet getaway for family!

This is a beautiful cottage on a very nice beach on Lake Huron. A great place to create memories with your family or friends. Everything you need is here. All you need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy the sound of the waves.

We really enjoyed the beach and views. There were plenty of beautiful places to visit nearby, including a scenic byway and several lighthouses. We did have a few uncomfortable days and nights due to the very hot weather. Without air conditioning, the home was very warm and uncomfortable during those days and nights. Otherwise, highly recommended.
