“Rooms are old, not may services.”

“The first room I had there were ants crawling all over the walls everywhere. The whirlpool tub didn't work also. So my first night was not pleasant at all...the next day I went to the administration and they changed my room for a bigger room right next door...no ants and the jet tub worked. I was actually happy the tub didn't work as my room was changed on this account but the ants was not a spring time issue there's a nest under the patio door as that was the location they were entering from....

“Chambre propre, personnel courtois et serviable, déjeuner continental très bon dans une salle lumineuse et agréable, accès aux pistes de ski de fond à côté du bâtiment, débarcadère face à la porte d’entrée avec une douzaine de marches et grand stationnement tout près ”

“Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment agréable et reposant. Les équipements extérieurs (piscine, et spa extérieurs) n’étaient pas disponibles pendant notre séjour, mais nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et sauna intérieur, qui étaient très calmes. Nous nous sommes reposés dans un des salons à l’étage du Hartford pendant l’après-midi et c’était très bon. Il y a même plusieurs jeux de société pour passer un moment agréable. Notre seul regret est de ne pas être resté plus longtemps !”

“Clean and freshly renovated. Room was not fully stocked at arrival - had coffee but no coffee cups and no light bulbs in the lamps -but once that was sorted was a peaceful restful stay. Spa staff are great and had a fantastic massage. Will be great when they reopen the restaurant but nice kitchen amenities to prepare own breakfast. Definitely a great place for a great price and walking distance to the outlets and all the restaurants and a grocery across the street. Highly recommend. You...

“Carole (the owner) and her staff were absolutely wonderful; always friendly and helpful. The location is a bit off the beaten track (for us) in a wonderful part of Quebec. We only wish that Quebec roads did not have as many potholes! Still, the poutine in the area was good. The hotel itself is within walking distance of many restaurants and beaches The breakfasts were cooked as we needed and the selection was very good and delivered at the time we ordered.
