“Great hotel overall — clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good location. The only downside was kids running up and down the hallways loudly well past 10 PM. Unfortunately, nothing was done about it after complaints, which made it hard to relax and sleep. If the hotel enforced quiet hours better, this would have been a near perfect stay.”

“Was not told anywhere on their website that this is a “budget friendly”hotel and as such no housekeeping for a 3 night stay. Had to go down first night to get shower gel and remote for tv. There was also a dirty washcloth hanging from shower curtain and walls in bathroom where dirty. Then after 2nd night asked about housekeeping - that’s when I was told they would not come. I was able to get more towels and an extra trash bag but had to take my trash down to first floor.”
