  • Beautiful roomy log home with wrap-around deck surrounded by woods with breathtaking views of Owasco lake. The house has beautiful cathedral ceilings, master bedroom upstairs with private bath and balcony overlooking great room with modern kitchen, flat screen TV with satellite, leather furniture, and natural wood interior.

    Two downstairs bedrooms, and full downstairs bathroom. Huge basement recreation room with exercise equipment, basketball, pool table, TV and two sofa beds. Wrap-around deck includes shaded porch in woods for privacy and serenity in Adirondack setting on private road.

    Beautiful lakefront access. Close to Auburn (8 miles), Skaneateles (13 miles), and Cayuga wine trails. Beach fires, autumn leaves and glowing sunsets are yours in this very unique and private log home for gatherings of family and friends. Pet friendly. This is one-of-a-kind!

Beautiful, spacious home. Very comfortable, well-located and private. Large kitchen/dining/living area with view towards the lake. Large deck with seating. 6 of us seniors stayed here after attending a nearby 50th college reunion.

A little hard to find at night while my party enjoyed the rustic nature of the property it could have been better marked from the road as we got in later at night. In addition, we felt that could be cleaner and a bit more well stocked in basic amenities. It definitely had the feel as if no one had necessarily regularly checked in on the property which can be understood as it was the beginning of the spring. Overall though, we had a very nice stay and enjoyed the space.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful log home. It was perfect for celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday. It was spacious, comfortable and we really liked hanging out on the deck. It made for a nice weekend getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxation and Recreation

My family and I had a wonderful stay! It was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The location allowed for plenty of relaxing by the lake AND beautiful hikes. We are so thankful for our time there.

This is such a private, peaceful property. It is a comfortable place with the most wonderful porches and decks with lots of chairs and couches. It was great for visiting with family and cooking meals on the grill.

We stayed at this beautiful home along Owasco Lake in the Finger Lakes, and it was a fantastic experience. The house is spacious, with three large bedrooms, a generous kitchen, open living and dining areas, and a large basement — perfect for relaxing or spending time with family. Everything was neat, clean, and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway.

Upstate Family event

The stay was great and the house had all the items listed. Wish we were able to used the lake front, the weather was fine but the temperatures were more Fall then Summer. The area had some great hiking trails and wineries within a short drive.

Great Destination

Very nice home in a good location for a quiet vacation. Be careful if you are traveling with a larger boat. The driveway is not friendly for large pull behinds.

Beautiful Cabin

Recently stayed with my family and enjoyed our time. The house was beautiful and very clean. The wrap around porch was great for the kids. We rented a pontoon for the day and conveniently docked it for a lunch break! We sat out by the fire pit in the backyard every evening. The lake is a very short walk from the house. The beach area is rocky, but other than that was as described. It was a very relaxing, peaceful getaway!

Heaven Above the Lake

Three friends were there for a reunion had the luxury of our own comfortable bedrooms. The peace and quiet of the lake woods and amazingly beautiful home made for a grand time together. There are a lot of stairs and slate walkways which may not be the best for much older renters, but we especially enjoyed the open feeling and views in the A frame and the ambience of the huge fireplace. There is a complete kitchen with everything you need - you could happily hide away above Lake Owasco and enjoy the Fall leaves and lake view, even if it is too cold to swim!
