“I love walking into the hotel and you can smell how clean it was
The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions
Everyone I came in contact with was extremely nice and sweet the rooms were wonderful and I love the shower with the seat very roomy very clean. The breakfast was fine also for coming with the room the area was clean. The food tasted OK could’ve been a little warmer, but besides that for a free breakfast it was pretty good if I ever go up to Waterloo again I’ll definitely...

“The staff was very helpful. The facility was well kept. The beds were very comfortable.
On the negative side, however, the restaurant was not open for some reason on our first night, and the bar was not open for all of the advertised hours. Also the pool was closed for maintenance for our first night”
