The house is spacious with big bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the open living areas and huge windows. There was plenty of space for our reunion group to gather, eat, cook and play games. We loved the dock and the lake as well.

Property was clean and well equipped! The house is huge and there is plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful lake views and fun swimming by the doc. Close to town if you need anything. The kitchen is massive.

Property is outstanding for family gatherings. Bedrooms as advertised, huge well stocked kitchen, plenty of common space to gather and enjoy each other’s company and a beautiful location. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Great spot for a large group. It was awesome being right on the water but I would recommend water shoes when trying to walk on the dock into the lake. Very close to multiple towns for shopping and dinner. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the grill. It’s definitely a fire hazard and needs a good cleaning. However the kitchen is huge and great for cooking. Overall a very enjoyable experience!

Outstanding experience from the planning process through our final departure. Nikki, our host extraordinaire was personable, accommodating and always there if we needed anything at all. Great location between Aurora and Skaneateles Lake which was ideal for the experiences and attractions that we were interested in. The property was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed to make the house seem like a home away from home. The views of Lake Owasco welcomed us every morning and set the vibe for the rest of the day. Highly recommend a stay here, especially with groups of 6 or more. Plenty of space for everyone to find their happy place!

This was a very desirable home with lots of amenities. The kitchen is large and had all necessary items. The lake is across the road and easy to access. However, they could update the stairs and as a portion of the steps were a little unsafe. Overall, it was great place for a reunion for our friends and had lots of space for all of us. As it came closer to the time of the occupancy, the owners were more responsive. Earlier, I had messaged them several times, but never received response. It was unclear if you were messaging a property manager or an owner. Overall, I would rate this place very highly and recommend it.

Incredible Family Wedding Weekend

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous property. With such a large family, it served as the perfect gathering center for my daughter's wedding. The views were immaculate and the property was spotless!

Perfect girls weekend

My friends and I had a wonderful time at the Lake House. We stayed here for our 30th reunion and it was spacious and cozy. The outside deck was a nice place to relax and take in the beautiful view.

Perfect for our wedding weekend!

I rented this space for our bridal party to stay and get ready in the weekend of our wedding. The space is huge and wide open and suited our needs perfectly!

Awesome house. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. We cooked dinner 4 nights. Kitchen was huge with super large refrigerator/freezer. Rented a boat and docked it at property. Will definitely come back.

Wedding weekend

We had an amazing weekend on Owasco lake. The Bridesmaids had a ton of room to get ready with a huge kitchen, living room and dining area. It also had a 10/10 view of the lake. Very clean and comfy.

Wonderful summer family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Chris’s property with 6 adults and 3 small children. There was plenty of space, beautiful views from everywhere in the house, and a nice outdoor area for the kids to play. We are planning to come back next summer!

Owasco Lake Trip

Nicely appointed, large house with enough space to allow people to spread out. Our group liked the deck at the lake and the game room. Nicolette was very responsive and accommodating.

Perfect Wedding Weekend

We had a fantastic wedding weekend on Owasco Lake. We were able to have our family stay close to the wedding venue. The house was very clean and so spacious, we held our rehearsal dinner and farewell breakfast in the huge kitchen/living/dining area. It was perfect for our group of friends and family with a beautiful view of Owasco lake. 10/10 excellent!

We very much enjoyed this beautiful home, annual get together with siblings & spouses, beautiful views, an eagle flew overhead, it was very nice! Thank you for sharing your home. Plenty of space for all, the individual bathrooms were the best!!!

The Lakeside Chalet

Lovely, comfortable and very spacious. If you wanted to gather together or find a space for quiet time, there is a space for you. We went paddle boating, had cocktails on the second story deck, steaks on the grill and then had s’mores in the fire pit at night. The stars are incredible and so clear.

The View Alone is Worth It

This house was a lot of fun for a group of us in town for an Ironman event. The view is gorgeous and the time spent on the dock was memorable. We were able to get some swims in and enjoyed the use of the kayaks and stand up paddleboard. The kitchen was large and well stocked and had everything we needed. Nikki was very responsive to any needs we had and made check in and out a breeze. Definitely recommend this house.

Great stay!

The owner Christopher was great and created a great property. Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen amenities. Beds and pillows were first rate, had a great and relaxing stay. Minor issues were promptly addressed (stuff that "just happened"), not anything that could have been avoided. Would come there again for sure! The Lake was awesome, you felt like you were the only one out there during the week.
