Summary:
30 Moa Runga is a brand new standalone villa with lovely rural and beach views minutes from Oneroa Village cafes and restaurants. So peaceful and private you can sit on your deck and watch the sun go down surrounded by the beautiful bird life. Moa 30 Runga has its own entrance via the walkway in Moa Avenue and Kiwi Street.If you are after something modern with great character that's a bit special - this is your spot!

The Space:
Fully self contained and luxuriously appointed with open plan living and bedroom which opens to the deck and garden and a gorgeous tiled bathroom.

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed

Please note: A compulsory exit clean/linen set up fee of $140 applies to each booking. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 4 nights from Christmas to early January, 3 nights holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

A vehicle is available to book with this property. Please enquire for rates and availability.

At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private cheffing, beach towel hire, transport, tours, child minding and housekeeping. Advance bookings recommended. Please contact our team for assistance with your itinerary. We look forward to hearing from you.

The Neighborhood:
Moa 30 Runga has its own entrance via the walkway in Moa Avenue and Kiwi Street.If you are after something modern with great character that's a bit special - this is your spot!

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. There is a good bus service and we offer car hire with the property.

Interaction with Guests:
Our team at Stay Waiheke all live, work, and raise our families on Waiheke Island and we know well what makes this island so special. We look forward to sharing our local knowledge and assisting our guests with all aspects of their stay.
Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.

What you see is what you get!

Beautiful property! Exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable stay. My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. Had a fantastic time. Wonderful hosts. Has everything you need and in a perfect location. You do need a car. We thought we could walk around and catch the hop on hop off bus, and you might be able to, but in our opinion you need a car. We spent the time going to wineries and driving the island. The views were amazing!

Stunning Hideaway

The location is close to town & the beach. The property is Amazing, it’s modern yet cosy. Extremely stylish & private. The owners are so friendly & caring. We had a wonderful time & can’t wait to return again soon.
