Jake, more than just the "building engineer", provided us with a handwritten list of to-dos that was perfect. We will be back, and we will stay at ARRIVE, Memphis!!”

“We have stayed here a few times when we come to watch the Grizzlies, but we will think twice when we come back to Memphis in December. Our room was not ready after the 4:00 p.m. check-in time, so we ran behind meeting up with friends. The man who had to not only deal with, but MANY other was giving it his best, so thank you.
