The Coos cottage offers charm and tradition, comfort and modernity, superb view of the Pyrenees chain. Ideal for large families or groups of friends, the Gîte du Coos is located on the village's heights, in a traditional detached house that has been completely renovated. The view of the Pyrenees mountain range is breathtaking. The 180 m² terrace, secured and partially covered by the lean-to of the former barn, allows for al fresco dining while enjoying the panoramic views. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer). Living room (wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, internet access). Utility room (washing machine). 2 bedrooms (2 double beds). Shower room accessible to people with reduced mobility (walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet). Separate toilet with washbasin. First floor: landing converted into a small lounge (library). 1 master suite with 1 double bed and en-suite shower room (2 washbasins, shower, toilet). Two additional bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds). Bathroom, toilet. All beds are made upon arrival; no need to bring linens, towels are available for rent upon request. Pet supplement: €5 per day per pet. Underfloor heating on the ground floor (heat pump), reversible air conditioning/heating available at an additional cost + firewood provided on site at an additional cost (based on €60 per stere). Terrace, grounds, garden furniture, barbecue, pétanque court, games room with foosball and billiards, courtyard, and parking. Bicycles available. No parties or events. Minimum stay of 3 nights and upon request.
