Audrey Wychopen Memorial Parkette

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham on Centre Street in Niagara Falls! From the moment you walk into the lobby, you’re greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality that truly sets the tone for your visit. The customer service here is outstanding. The staff go above and beyond—not only are they friendly and professional, but they even take the time to call your room to check in and make sure everything is perfect. That level of care is rare and very much appreciated. The breakfast was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to start your day right. It’s clear they put thought into making guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, this hotel delivers an exceptional experience. If you’re looking for a place where you feel welcomed, valued, and cared for, this is it. Highly recommend—definitely a five-star stay!

The pool didn’t clean enough for us to swim in

Room wouldn't lock, charging station broken, pool area freezing, the last wandering around in a vest was off-putting. The so-called low price wasn't low after tourism fee etc. I gave it a 3 out of 5 since non managerial staff were nice and the restaurant food and ambiance was good.
