“The neighbors we had during our stay wasn’t not quite, music blaring until 1230 and had to call the front desk. The next morning we decided to mention something again. After we called about our “deposit” for the room we had to put down even though it was completely payed for already, the front desk continued to say that there were no complaints at all from when our stay was. Which isn’t true I have to call log on my phone still.”

“The room was not pictured as it was on their site. We head dogs on both sides of our room and across the hall. They kept barking and barking. I called the concierge or front desk. And they did not have any other open rooms and could not help us out. He explained they were pet friendly. We were up all night and we left at three o'clock in the morning with no refund.No discount and with the rude desk person. “Staff and breakfast is amazing! I love that animals are welcome wo a deposit. Stayed here several times and great location. Unfortunately I was on the bottom floor and some kids were very loud and wrestling above us late in the night, however I would stay here again. Great gym and pool area.”
