Welcome to “BRUNNER AUSZEIT.” In a quiet, nature-filled setting in Auerbach (Brunn), our lovingly furnished “Waldoase” vacation rental awaits you—ideal for a relaxing getaway as a couple, with a child, or with friends. The perfect retreat for nature lovers. In a space of about 42 m², up to 4 guests (max. 3 adults) can enjoy a modern living area (with a pull-out couch) and a separate sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, shaker, blender), a washing machine (located in a spacious storage room), as well as a cozy dining area (the table is extendable), a bathroom with a shower and electric heating, and a large terrace with awnings, seating, and a grill—ideal for winding down the day in relaxation. A bit of history: The property was once used as a summer camp. Over time, nature reclaimed its territory and “hid” the buildings amidst the greenery. We’ve made it our mission to breathe new life into the former summer camp. Now, our first bungalow—featuring two vacation apartments—has been fully renovated! We’ve lovingly brought the vacation apartments “Waldoase” and “Wiesenzauber” back to life, and they’re now available for rent. There are three additional bungalows on the property, though they’re still in a “deep slumber.” The property covers a total area of approximately 7,000 m² and features plenty of trees. Our pet goats, “Hänsel and Gretel,” have recently moved into the woods and are taking care of “cleaning up” the forest. Please note: The bungalow is located above Schönheider Straße 106b and has a slope of approximately 12%. Parking is available below the bungalow, next to the carport on the paved path. We provide bedding, including duvet covers and towels. A fee of €10 per day applies for each additional adult beyond the first two. Children up to age 17 stay free of charge. The living area is heated or cooled by a heat pump/air conditioner, which you can control yourself. You’ll receive operating instructions upon booking. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee. Please make sure your pet does not take over the bed or the couch; instead, bring their own bed. A flat-rate final cleaning fee will also be charged. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the vacation rental. The terrace offers plenty of space for this (an ashtray is provided outside). Thank you for your understanding. Places to visit: Brunn is an ideal starting point for hiking, biking, skiing, and excursions into the Vogtland region. Particularly worth seeing are, among others: Lake Vogtland (5 km), the Auerbach Castle Tower (2.5 km), Grünheide Forest Park (4 km), Falkenstein Zoo (6.5 km), and the Plohn Recreation Park (8.5 km).
