Enjoy a comfortable stay at this fully furnished studio apartment centrally located close to Augusta University, the medical district, North Augusta, and the Augusta National Golf Course. This downstairs unit offers 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. There is also a small kitchenette with minifridge, microwave, coffee maker, and burner. There are laundry facilities shared with 3 other units and a common space in the foyer.

This property is located in Downtown Augusta and is close to bars and restaurants, shopping, the Medical District, Augusta University, and Augusta Regional Airport. The Lindsey is adjacent to another Bed and Breakfast that is 420-friendly and has a basement bar.

Street parking is available. You will unlock the front door, then Unit 2 is on the first floor. Your unit will have a separate lock with a code unique to your stay.

This property is located in the heart of the Olde Town Historic District and provides a one bedroom studio apartment located on the lower level.

There is public transportation nearby, but Augusta is most easily enjoyed by vehicle. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance of The Lindsey.

Room was very clean. Location convenient. Shower water was lukewarm. Small lounge next door with live music and patrons on their patio which is right out side the window. Was not bothersome to us, but could be to others. Otherwise, this was one of the nicest rooms we’ve stayed in while visiting Augusta. Definitely would stay here again.

The room was very clean and beautiful! The host was amazing at communication.The only 2 reason I am not giving 5 stars, the shower water would never get hot, even though the 2 sinks ran hot, the shower would only get warm at best. There is a bar right next door, 1 night it was very loud right outside the window.
