Most importat thing is that the sheets and towels were very clean. So, it would be fair to write that the room was mostly clean. The negatives are that there were stains on the carpet. I found a couple of toenail clippings near the garbage can kept in the bedroom area which grossed me out. The iron had a burnt piece of plastic on the side and the iron itself had a black smudge on it that made it almost impossible to use. I had to use the steam option to get the wrinkles out of our clothes. I can't put all the blame on the hotel for this.

Well first I'm not the type of person to complain. This is my 1st. We arrived, check in ,I ask to use the restroom the young fella sends me to a locked door with staff only on it. I survived. Next day I requested a roll of tissue at the desk. The young man nervously told me he would call my room when it's available....an hour later I go to the desk to check on a roll of tissue. The lady who said she would bring it to my room was leaving, and I was told I will be called when it's available.... another hour later I get the call for a roll of tissue. And maintenance forgot to cover ac unit, no biggie it was functional. Ice machine broke on 1st floor, you have to use the machine on the 3rd floor. The bed was top notch no complaints on that

My room was very clean to include the bathroom. Everything in the room seemed to be updated and newer. The sink and shower had a little drip if you didn't put the handle down correctly. The room had a mini fridge and a microwave that came in handy. The staff was notified about the drip and they are trying to correct all of those little things while updating the rooms. The breakfast had a nice variety with a waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs and cereals. You can tell they are working on improvements which I found satisfactory.

Happy Not Happy
It was my birthday and I specifically stay at Comfort Inns where ever I go however this particular one here was under ew management, the pool was not available during my stay, and that was a bummer for me. The breakfast was great and the room was clean except for the squeaky bed we had. I don’t know if I would stay here again unless I call ahead before confirming to make sure all their advertised amenities are available.

Meh...
It was just ok. It did the job. Probably would spend a little bit more next time for nicer hotel. Pros: staff friendly, easy check in Cons: pool closed, coffee machine broken, ants in room, not thoroughly cleaned (spoons, straws next to mini fridge), mold around shower enclosure, outdated, nonody changed trash while there 4 nights.

I liked the 8.8 rating prior to selecting the property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The carpet needed to be cleared or removed. Or maybe vacuumed. The linen should be updated.

Worse Hotel ever
The toilet ran constantly. The hot water in the sink made a noise every time we turned it on. The door to the bathroom would not close without lifting up on it. Reported it to management on the first day and upon leaving it still wasn't repaired. Requested housekeeping service on Sunday and no one clean the room or replaced the towels. We had to go down and get towels Sunday night. During the breakfast they keep running out of food. The food was awful and didn't have bottle water. The website gave the rating an 8.2 and i think it should have been a 6.2. The elevator was making a noise and I used the stairs in fear that it might stop with me on it. The 3rd floor had an odor. Overall this was the worse experience I have experienced in a long time. For sure I will not stay there again.

Worst bed ever
The bed was so uncomfortable. The mattress was so old and the springs were pushing into my back.
