I booked this hotel through Expedia paid five days in advance for a work colleague. At 10:30 p.m., I called the hotel to let them know he would be arriving after midnight. The clerk confirmed the reservation and assured me late check-in would not be a problem.

“I had a great stay at this hotel. The room and the entire property were very clean and well maintained. Every staff member greeted me whenever they saw me, which made me feel welcome. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room nice and cold. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety and was enjoyable each morning. The surrounding area felt safe, and the rooms were very quiet—I didn’t hear any noise through the walls during my stay. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The property was nesat and clean. The room I was given leaked from the ac and had a fowl odor. I reported it to the front desk clerk at approximately 730am. I asked to be moved, he told me they were full and it would be 5pm before housekeeping would have any clean rooms. The maintenance man did come up and mop the floor. He checked the ac unit but said there was nothing he could do as the humidity was high.. in addition, the dumpsters were right outside and the truck came to empty them around...
