The lady at the front desk was named Audra she was amazing and very helpful and the bed was the most comforting bed I've ever had the breakfast was great love this hotel I will be back

The customer service is amazing i loved the people that worked there. My only complaint is that i know i booked a nonsmoking room. But the room smelled so strong of cigarettes that i swear someone snuck in and smoked one right before we got in there. Also sense my first night staying there. I have felt sick and am constantly coughing up stuff that i have no idea where its coming from with no runny nose. My tonels are inflamed and all. Which, i had no sign of being sick before hand. I just know i woke up after the first night with so much gunk in my throat i nearly choked. I think the place needs to be thoroughly checked for mold.

The room you booked was a smoking room and that explains the smoke smell. I wish you would have came down and let us switch rooms for you. Hope to have another chance to accommodate you with a better stay.

I killed about 10 cockroaches during my 4 days there. My key card, despite keeping it in my back pocket away from all magnetic devices or my phone, deactivated multiple times a day. There were clearly permanent guests in the room below me dealing drugs out of their room. They were also working on cars in the parking lot at all hours. The room smelled pretty bad and the bedding was badly burned in places. Not a great experience.

Was a motel (said Inn). Had downstairs room and insulation so poor you could hear everything happening in the room above. Their walking, talking, etc.If I stayed longer I would have asked for a different room. Horrible. Very nice front desk person during the day (wish I asked her name - she was worth the stay) . Rude front desk person worked in the evening.

The guy at the front desk is this hotels only redeeming quality. He had a great personality, was upbeat and helpful. The room had dirty floors and couch, a broken lock and the toilet wasnt even seated to the floor. We left almost as soon as we checked in.

Very discouraged customer
We had reserved 2 queen beds smoking room. They gave us king smoking because they didnt have what we reserved. Charged us a $100.00 incendental fee which we were not told till we got there on a non refundable room. We had no ashtrays for a smoking room light bulb was missing smoke detector was taken off the ceiling and shoved in the dresser. No hair dryer no phone water pressure was VERY WEAK. HEAT AND AIR UNIT FALLING APART. TOILET CONSTANTLY RAN. THIS ROOM TOTALLY SUCKED !!!! WE ENDED UP LEAVING A DAY EARLY .TRASH WAS PILEING UP OUTSIDE BY THE STAIRS. THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE TO ALL CHOICE HOTELS AND WILL BE AFRAID TO STAY ELSEWHERE FEARING IT WILL BE THE SAME WAY IT IS A FIRE HAZZARD. Paid $100.00 for that fee incase of damages BUT THE DAMAGES WERE ALREADY DONE BEFORE WE GOT THERE I BETTER GET MY MONEY BACK.

The room was a good size, lots of space, but not very clean, especially the bathroom. The toilet was broken and overflowed. They sent someone to fix it, but the fix did not work. Also, I had to go back to the front desk to tell them to clean up the mess that was caused in the bathroom from the broken toilet. There were also cockroaches in the bathroom.

Best stay in Augusta
To me there is no other place to stay. Andrea and staff are so great. You need something all you have to do is ask. The breakfast is also great and I try never to miss it. I got there from driving for 7 hrs. and they were full but Andrea got me in a room right away. If you need a place this is it.
