A delightful and warm home, Podere dei Poeti is the product of many years of meticulous and loving restoration by the owner, who has maintained many of the original features and furnishes elegantly and tastefully. Situated on the hillside in the hamlet of Canova, Podere Dei Poeti enjoys spectacular views of the Apuan National Park in the heart of Lunigiana. The property can accommodate up to 16 people and has five apartments fully equipped with an independent kitchen, A/C, and Wi-Fi.

Podere dei Poeti is built on several levels with delightful terraces and loggias where guests can enjoy dining al fresco, early evening aperitivi, and lazy afternoons lying in the sun.

A few steps from the picturesque courtyard, we find a large infinity pool area with a lovely pergola and garden furnishing from which one can gaze at the breathtaking mountains.

The gardens and terraces are all decorated with typically Mediterranean plants, olive and cypress trees, lilies, roses, lavender, and juniper. The enclosed deep water pool is cleverly positioned beneath the house with plenty of sunbeds and sunshades where guests can relax and unwind – a haven for switching off from the stress of modern-day living. Nearby, there are lots to explore: the thermal pool and treatments at Equi Terme, the market at Fivizzano, or walking in the Apuan.

A fabulous drive or train journey takes one to medieval Lucca, and only an hour away is the stunning Ligurian coast with the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, and Lerici, where one can savor delicious seafood and white wine.

Podere dei Poeti is the ideal venue from which to explore the beautiful and magical regions of Lunigiana and Liguria.

Private and exclusive swimming pool (size sm. 12×5), Outdoor shower, private garden, pergola with dining area for twenty people, private parking for six cars, and panoramic views. Outside the pergola extends to a shaded open living area close to the swimming pool. The armchairs and a large dining table offer wonderful relaxation, leisurely breakfasts, and the perfect setting for romantic evening dinners overlooking the lovely view of the Apuan Alps.
