Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a shower room. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron, stone grill, etc.

Outside:
- Three balconies of around 3m² with furniture for enjoying sunny days. The south-facing aspect allows you to enjoy magnificent sunsets over the sea and the cliffs of Ault.

The flat is ideally located in Ault, in a very pleasant environment. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
