This domain has a large living room with two sofas and a television available. The dining room is equipped with a large dining table and a sideboard. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room. You will find an oven, induction hobs, a fridge/freezer, a kettle, a filter and capsule coffee maker, a dishwasher and all necessary utensils.

The corridor serves 3 bedrooms (including one bed of 160 x 200 dimension and two of 180 x 200) and a bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub, with an independent WC.

A staircase leads down to the ground floor, which offers 3 distinct spaces: the night area, the garage and the basement. The night area has a bed (180/200) and is the only room with ground floor access from the outside. There is an adjoining bathroom and WC.

The garage houses a ping pong table.

The basement provides access to an additional fridge and freezer, the washing machine, and access to the garden and swimming pool.

You will also have access to the large terrace and garden with all furniture available for maximum comfort. The outdoor swimming pool is chlorinated and is open from 1st May until 27th September, it is not heated.
