“Staff was helpful, easy check in. Was able to upgrade easily. Lay out and view of the lakes was beautiful. Everything was fairly clean, found hair in the shower but other than that nice. Just what we needed for a get away. Would go again actually! Close to vineyards”

“Pet friendly hotel, although no specific amenities like a dog waste station outside. The location on the lake next to the Welcome Center can’t be beat. Plenty of parking. The rooms are a bit tired and need renovating. The leather banquette in my room had a tear in it. The outside of the windows were absolutely covered in cobwebs and dead flies. The toilet bowl was scratched. There was a microwave (nice!) but no refrigerator. Lovely staff and I didn’t hear a lot of noise through the walls. ”

“No staff. Everything is virtual. It took forever to get checked in. A poor experience. The bathroom floor was sticky. The room was very small but appeared clean. The bath towels are thin & very small. Thank heavens I am not a big person. A good shower head. Over all I would rate it pour. I would never stay there again.”
