“The air conditioning was out in the hotel which we were not made aware until we were there checking in. They told us they would give us a refund for the room if we wanted to stay somewhere else but we had no time to find a new hotel since we were already running late for an event. They told us they would at least bring us fans which they did not. It was miserable. The room was very out dated. Chairs and couch way past the replacement age and had stains. Bedding was even torn.
