“They dont have free breakfast so be warned. The AC was terrible. When it was hot outside it was hot in the room. When it was cold outside, same thing. They didn’t bring me any amenities or clean my room the first two days. They told me $300 deposit for four nights (75/night) although I heard the guests in front of me in line were told only 55/night. Not sure why but that was upsetting”

“Clean, great staff. Best night sleep. They had a large gathering of some sort that ran into the night in the lobby. It never flowed into the guest halls.”

“This hotel is unfortunately in very poor condition and is in need of a comprehensive renovation. The property appears generally neglected, with guest rooms that were not particularly clean, sticky carpeting, and worn, chipped furniture that has clearly exceeded its useful life.
Equally disappointing was the front desk experience. The staff came across as indifferent and unwelcoming, giving the impression that guest satisfaction was not a priority.
