“When I booked this property I read the reviews and they were terrible. But the room was fine. Plumbing could use some work, but the the bed was soft warm and dry, and the shower hot and wet. No mold or dust bunnies in sight. Staff was great. TV and wifi worked. But no breakfast even through there is a restaurant. Parking looked easy and safe. But I suspect this conference center was built when Aurora had better prospects and is now a money loser for the owners. My brother says the food...

“The place is darling, very cozy and comfortable. Beds were comfy. The surroundings were so serene. We had an issue with the key lock, the Hosts responded immediately to help us out, it was totally our fault. They were great. ”

“Had to change rooms cause it smelled like smoke. Walked in and cleaning supplies and rags were left out on the bed”

“Breakfast was ample. Tile in bathroom floor was loose. We got a feeling management is working to cut costs. Room carpet was not well vacuumed, otherwise ok. ”

“We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath room. All the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The manager answered all my questions promptly. Both bathrooms had lots of room. The kitchen area had paper towels, dish soap, coffee. Restaurants were close by within walking distance. Breakfast was good too. The evening reception is M-W. We will definitely stay there again. ”
