“Owner was contactable via WhatsApp and was responsive when if need of help. House is very clean and neat, playground, Lego table and arcade to keep the child entertained! Induction cooker available to do some cooking. Thank you! ”

“I did not receive any instructions prior to arriving at 14:55. I tried several times to ring the number given but could not get an answer. I was forced to book another hotel. At 15:50 I received a WhatsApp message asking me to join a group chat but that was too late. I think I should get a refund.”
