I am so sorry things did not go as planned during your recent visit to Candlewood Suites North Austin. Being an extended stay hotel, we do have guests extend at the last minute. When a guests has been a room for months and extends for months, we cannot move them for 1or 2 nights. This is very difficult when it happens with limited room types. The price for the room you had requested is the same price as the rooms with 2 queen beds.I would love to know more about the smell of marijuana. We do not tolerate illegal activities or smoking in the building. It would be nice if I could pinpoint who it was and we could add them to our do not rent list so it is not an issue in the future.Again, I apologize.

I sincerely apologize for the lack of customer service during your check in this past weekend. This is not typical. I must say that on a day like Saturday when we are running full house and only have a few rooms to turn over, at 2:00 in the afternoon we do know what is available and what is not without checking the computer.Christian is a good man; I am sorry you did notsee that side of him.

While we do not have a resaurant in the hotel, all rooms come equiped with a kitchen with all of the necessary utencils, pots, pans and dishes. The Candlewood Cupboard is well stocked with items for breakfase, lunch, dinner and snacks. We also have access to several food delivery services that service almost every restaurant in Austin. I wish I could have explained this to you during your stay. Hopefully you will be back to give it a Try!

I am sorry your television was not working during you stay. We replaced it with one straight out of the box only to hear that one was also not working. I do thank you for your business and it is good to see that everything went well with your stay.

Had we known we would have sent someone to reclean the room for you. I am so sorry. As for the location, we are at the beginning of an office complex that is as safe as any other area in Austin. I am sorry for your disappointment. We are an extended stay property and do not offer daily service. Most of our guest prefer it this way with once per week service since this is close their schedule at home.
