Our stay was for 2 nights & everything was very good from check in til we left except that after our first night when we returned to our room the towels had been replaced but the bed remained unmade. I dont know if this is new but hasn't happened before. It was after 9pm so we felt there was no sense calling for house keeping at that point. Just want people to be aware in case its a new policy.
