“stayed here for 1 night room was nice and clean and just what was needed i found the staff a bit offhand not very talkative even though i tried talking to them the exception was the man who booked me in that evening at around 7 pm breakfast was lovely well presented and well cooked ample parking all in all a good stay in a lovely hotel just what i like in an older type building”

As soon as you walked into the hotel the floor was dirty. When we looked out of our room there was a big pile of rubbish bags at the bottom of the car park. “On arriving the location was great, parking was good as it was roadside. We were greeted by weeds to the front and filthy guttering. We couldn’t get in the door as the key lock wasn’t working so we rang the number and the spare key was under the plant pot by the front door. On entering the property it was very grim , not clean at all. Things were very grubby like cupboards were greasy and dusty. “Typical static caravan, it’s dated but it’s not run down. It reminds me of holidaying with my grand parents. It’s on the main road so there are times where it’s noisy - but that can’t be helped and it’s seriously not often. Site owners are thoroughly lovely, vey kind, knowledgeable and friendly. More than happy to approach you and have a genuine chat, not just pass the time or fake charm. The rest of the guests reflect this too. Plenty of return guests and on a glorious weekend weather wise...
